I finally understand why the ixperts matched Susie and Billy. They are as barking as each other.

Please don't let Micko believe Instajess.

StormyLovesOdd · 09/02/2021 22:23

I like Billy too and don't really understand the hate on here. Yes he is a bit annoying but I think it's just nerves due to the way Suzie has been reacting.

I think Suzzie is just a horrible narc, she seems to think everyone should fall at her feet and do everything her way, she doesn't seem to understand a different point of view. Imagine if the man was behaving the way she's been, we'd all be shouting for his "wife" to ltb

Pinkpanthershow · 09/02/2021 22:34

I’m Team Billy too - he was forced to stay with her another week and she treats him terribly

Italiangreyhound · 09/02/2021 22:45

Branleuse

"I like billy. He doesnt deserve any of that"

Thus with bells on.

wizzler · 09/02/2021 22:46

Billy left the house with no shoes on. Why would you do that?
I can't think why either of them came on this programme ( apart from the cash) but it's done neither of them any favours.
He permanently looks as if he about to cry and she permanently looks like she wants to stick a stiletto in his chest

Italiangreyhound · 09/02/2021 22:47

I actually quite like Mike!

One thing that is a bit alarming is Susie’s father looks a bit like an older version on Mike, same reddish hair, not so tall, same angular face. Or is it just me who sees that?!

Looking after kids was a good thing to do, picking up the poo and cutting the bushes was not nice.

James Bond music for Susie’s dad, how weird!

In the experiment Dan’s head has been elsewhere! Up his own arse, I think!

Italiangreyhound · 09/02/2021 22:50

"He permanently looks as if he about to cry and she permanently looks like she wants to stick a stiletto in his chest"

Maybe we would all want to cry if matched with someone who wanted to stick a styletto on our chest.

She is abusive and horrible but looks stunning, poor Billy we t from 'can't believe my luck' to 'shit, can't believe my luck'...

NoPrivateSpy · 09/02/2021 23:00

Did anyone else notice Martha looking super puffy this evening?

She must be 30 max. What's with all the filler?!

JorisBonson · 09/02/2021 23:00

I've skipped ahead. It's a goodun

doghairismyglitter · 09/02/2021 23:25

I found myself thinking noooo Mick please don’t get taken in by Jess’ bullshit, if he does, it surely means men really are ruled by their penises Hmm

Yes to PP, I thought Martha looked extremely puffy.

I don’t mind Susies Dad actually, I thought he was quite fair in parts and I don’t think he’s a bad guy.

BUT MY MAIN REASON FOR COMMENTING - did anyone see the part where Jules was itching Cams beard and he was purring???! I had full on flashback to the old Celeb BB with George Galloway and Rula Lenska EnvyEnvy (not envy, genuine sick in the mouth)

dimples76 · 09/02/2021 23:27

I don't particularly like Billy and can see why he is unattractive to her but Suzie's behaviour is vile. Getting him to pick up dog dirt was ridiculous. He should have just refused and in fact never have gone to her house after the way she treated him previously.

JaneJeffer · 09/02/2021 23:36

Billy was so funny saying he was looking forward to being tough with Suzie and then having an awkward fight with the pink fluffy cushion.
That scene gave me the best laugh of the whole programme Grin

Suzie is a horror. I worry about the old people she looks after. That smirk when Billy said her intentions for doing it were false. He got that right.

Silenceisgolden20 · 09/02/2021 23:41

I think the show has set couples up where they know they will get triggered big time for the drama, not to match them.
Eg Cyrell & Nic, Suzie & Billy , and kept Cameorn & Jules to keep some love in the game. Cos despite Billy's annoyance he was being triggered massively by Suzie and it was uncomfortable to watch.
Like a past trauma of a similar person in his life. Or was that just me?

JaneJeffer · 09/02/2021 23:44

I thought the exact same @Silenceisgolden20. I wondered whether he'd been bullied before. I was trying to remember what family he had at the wedding but I can't!

Silenceisgolden20 · 09/02/2021 23:45

He was raised by a single mum in the intro. But I don't remember any of his family at the home stay.

JaneJeffer · 09/02/2021 23:49

Me neither but they don't show everything. Ning told the others at the dinner party she met Mark's friends and family but it wasn't shown.

SinisterBumFacedCat · 09/02/2021 23:51

Billy just gave a lesson in how not to make a dignified exit. Just call her a pigsaaaarse and go with your shoes on. Mind you, she’s a horror.

Dickorydockwhatthe · 09/02/2021 23:52

Billy is annoying and has issues but I do like him and definitely feel sorry for him. Suzy is just awful no wonder he's losing it.

Isadora2007 · 10/02/2021 01:43

I thought susi’s dad looked like Billy!
And how anyone can think she is attractive is beyond me. Fake eyelashes and a face that looks like she constantly smells shite (maybe she does if she never picks that dog muck up!). I pity her poor child.
Billy was weird though. “My dear” erm... what?? It was like he couldn’t talk normally or be real- ever.

PickleC · 10/02/2021 02:20

Haven't warmed to her in any way but the dad got pretty creepy coaching Billy on ways he could 'control her'. Nice parental skills there.

Not sure that was on the cards anyway from old 'Ooh you'll listen to me, my dear' she walks away 'Right, well then I'm off but yeah your looks and that won't you know last like and yeah so think on that' packs, wanders off to car, wanders back, grabs sweetener??? 'Ooh you'll rue the day' wanders back off

Even the dog looked confused.

TheRogueApostrophe · 10/02/2021 07:19

I do think Suzie showed a modicum of genuine vulnerability when she apologised to Billy for taking it out on him and Billy ought to have accepted the apology rather than starting on the "do you understand how it makes me feel..." stuff. Her walls went straight back up after that. He does need to stand up to her but that wasn't the time to do it.

And yes, all the "my dear" stuff was weird. He was clearly trying to belittle and upset her but I genuinely don't think she cares what he thinks of her so nothing he says will have an impact or get a reaction.

He needs to leave for good. She needs to let him.

Bettina500 · 10/02/2021 08:22

Tonight's show looks interesting. I've really gone off Cyrel... her sauntering in saying 'Here's Cyclone Cyrel' shows that she isn't remorseful at all for her behaviour. Having a violent temper isn't a joke or something to be proud of. If it was a bloke on the show screaming at his partner, squaring up to people, smashing things, then laughing about it he would be labelled abusive and people would want him off the show.

Billy and Susie hurt my brain. Billy is clearly very fragile, Susie is a piece of work who's pushing him. Its uncomfortable to watch. He's irritating but has a point about how people are enabling her behaviour.
I also noticed him leaving in bare feet and his return for the jar from the cupboard kind of ruined his dramatic exit Grin

I warmed to Mike last night, he was very good with the kids.
I also like Mark and Ning but I think she's going to push him away.

doghairismyglitter · 10/02/2021 08:28

Billy ruined his dramatic exit by re entering to get something from the cupboard. It shows how easily led he is by suddenly standing up to Susie just because her dad told him to.

I know everyone says Martha and Michael are dull, but I have to say if my son grew up to be like Michael I’d be very proud, he comes across as a genuinely polite kind young man.

TheRogueApostrophe · 10/02/2021 08:41

Re the bare feet, I noticed Suzie stomped off in bare feet earlier on too. I don't think it's as unsual to walk around without shoes on in Australia admit is here. I seem to remember doing it when I lived in Australia many moons ago. Not to walk miles, but just in and around the property. I wouldn't have done it at Suzie's with all that dog poo around though!
