If there's a DO between Biscuits and Ranvir, the judges will send Biscuits home.

I was thinking the reverse. Maybe it would depend which dance they each did again? Ranvir's waltz would get more votes than the jive.

Don't worry about a JV win, I have a plan. I'm going to become famous over the next year & be so super-duper popular that they'll be begging me to do Strictly & I'll agree but insist that I must be partnered with Gio. I shall discover my inner dancer & go from "can wiggle hips a bit" to "which one is the pro again?!" over the course of the series. I'm still working on which songs we'll dance to but our show dance will be a jazz dance to "Maybe This Time" from Cabaret as a blatant plea for votes & most of our "story" will be about how many times JV has been in the final but not won. I've got it all sorted!

Can I vote for you now, and get mine in the bank in case Covid reaps me before your GreatMoment?

Ummm... Has anyone got any ideas what an unskilled, SAHM with crippling social anxiety could do to become famous enough to get on Strictly in just a few months?!

I think the pros who are out are now bubbled with a partner so they can dance with the celeb performer on the results show.

I should probably mention this plan to DH at some point before the launch show... I'm sure he'll be totes cool with it...

I had assumed that to be that case as I know the musical guests don’t necessarily appear the week they’re aired, but when I watched I was sure I could see the judges sitting at their desks, so presumed it wasn’t filmed during the ‘bubble’ period.

I think it’s going to be a tough final for me to decide how to vote. Two of them were too good from day 1 and lack the journey factor and three of them aren’t really good enough to be worthy winners.

I surprised myself this evening by giving all 3 votes to Maisie on a whim for the first time simply because I preferred her dances to all the others, and also it would be quite grim for her to go into the final knowing she had zero support (she might stay out of the dance-off even if she does have zero support, but at least that way she’d have hope).

Of the three duffers I actually think Jamie would put on the most entertaining show in the final but with his dance-off record I think he’s doomed.

Some of the pros are definitely bubbled with other pros because Nadiya and Graziano were being very touchy feely with each other on ITT on Friday and Rylan had to explain so they didn’t get letters.

I just had another look, and there are definitely people in the judges’ seats while Anton & Dianne are dancing. Can’t get a good look at them because they’re in darkness, but the middle one has Shirley-esque hair, and the one to her left is wearing a sequinned dress, which is how Motsi was dressed in last week’s results show.

If they’ve gone to the trouble of dressing up crew members in wigs and dresses to approximate the appearance of the judges on the scheduled broadcast week, I absolutely take my (big bad voodoo) hat off to them - that’s incredible attention to detail!

I don't get why you keep calling Harvey a ringer, he doesn't have any dance training does he? At the start of the series I was all set to hate him but he seems to have real natural talent and is a hard worker, not afraid to not look cool. His charleston definitely deserved the 10s.

Jamie is like a bouncy puppy dog, and consistently over-marked by the judges, I think either he or Ranvir will be out.

He does weeks of dance training for his tours so not a novice by any means.

Liked her vw but will say it again I just can't warm to her. And her titles intro annoys me like she tilts her head in a " this one" type way

Hrvy also had ballroom specific dance training with a pro for a music video too. Theres lots of boot camp style videos of him drilling old choreography

Wow - I don't pay attention during the "turns" unless it's someone I'm particularly interested in so I must admit I hadn't noticed the judges. I just assumed they had filmed a load of music acts before the series started, especially as we know they often aren't filmed in sequence in normal years.

My grandad died over 20 years ago... I imagine I'd get quite a lot of votes if I could get him on...

For the suggestions, I should probably have mentioned that I have the attention span of a gnat so anything that requires any sort of long term input/planning probably isn't going to work out well. Perhaps I could take up base-jumping while wearing a go-pro... People like videos of other people being so scared they pass out, right?!

I assume the pros who don’t have partners now have re-bubbled with another ready for dancing together in the final.

My votes went to Bill, BVB and Ranvir. Nothing against Maisie and HRVY but they’re the three I would prefer to go through.

If HRVY gets through I’ll be pleased for Janette, getting to the final for the first time.

Yes, I have no idea whether Ranvir was good in the jive or not. I was far too busy watching Giovanni!
