Alya appearing on the roof was very, erm, bonkers Friday the 13th genre. I don't think the editing was very good tonight.

That has to be the worst episode I've ever seen

They completely forgot the house was on fire!

They are in a terrace, yet nobody heard anything?

They were all chatting on the roof. Ridiculous.

That was dreadful. They resorted to unsubtle cliches for all the characters. I’m also not convinced Geoff’s fall has killed him?

I hope it hasn’t! They can add arson and attempted murder to the charge list!

There is no way she would have known they were up there
It would have been better if it had just been a showdown with Geoff and Yasmeen on the roof.

You would think, once in a while, the actors would say “Hang on a sec, I was bashed over the head, knocked unconscious. But when I came too, I immediately knew my gran was in danger on the roof of a burning house and I still didn’t ring the emergency services before going to the rescue myself, or getting help from the numerous people on the street.”

Dead Geoff or not, that was quite ridiculous.

And what was the significance of the escaping chickens?!

It was ridiculous but it was entertaining!

Watched tonight for the first time in ages in honour of the 60th birthday.

Good God, it was a mess. Just terrible. Wtf have they done to a once great show. The acting was dire and the scenes were so badly edited.

Ah well, at least I won’t be watching that tripe again.

Oh god, yes, Geoff has to do a Michael-from-Halloween resurrection trick now.

WTF is happening in the soaps tonight, both Emmerdale and Corrie were pretty OTT. Yes I’m glad he fell of the roof but how did she know they were on the roof? How did she make her way through a burning house and up onto the roof? Especially after a head injury?

Pah - as if Aliah could get up from that blow , get across to the house , through the fire FFS and climb onto the roof .

Yasmeen should've thrown the scarf at Geoff and his reflex would make him reach or deflect it and fall.

He hit her very hard and she would definitely be bleeding and disoriented not climbing roofs

Disappointing apart from Geoff and Yasmeen , both very good.

That's how Geoff got into the house, because she didn't lock the back door after her when she went out to the chickens. Though he would have had a front door key anyway!

I guess the significance of the chickens was that Geoff had finally got his come uppance after all the bad things he had done including cooking and roasting Yasmeens fave chicken!
Still a strange episode though!
