I don’t know if she is a witness but she wouldn’t be allowed in the public gallery until after she’d been on the stand

Surely a pass for someone who worked on the hospital radio wouldn’t open doors to a psych ward? Or do all hospital passes open all doors in the hospital?

Where I worked he'd need to sign in at reception. The ward would be contacted to ask if he could visit. Only if they said yes, the doors would be opened for him to come into the reception area. He would then make his way to the locked doors of the ward where a member of staff would let him in.

Am I missing something with the whole development story. Surely its reliant on Ray buying that whole side of the street

I wonder if once Geoff's lies are exposed (as surely they must be in the coming week) and Yasmeen is freed whether the marriage can be annulled as he was never legally divorced from Philippa/Elaine. Thus the property/business will revert to Yasmeen. Blinking hope so.

Last night when Imran was questioning Geoff and Geoff was saying she was crazy, an alcoholic etc I really wanted Imran to let him go to town, list all yasmeen’s apparent faults and then I wanted him to ask Geoff “and did you say all this to her?” Because any jury would know he absolutely did say it all to her and it would confirm the verbal abuse.

When will they bring up the hidden cameras I wonder?

I think the timing of the Geoff/Yasmeen court case and all of that is off... in that I mean we were all agog with it and desperate to know what was going to happen but they have dragged out the storyline so blimin' long, we are not so wrapped up with it as we were

Does yasmeen know about the cameras? She knew nothing about them before she was arrested. Tim knows but he can’t be called as a witness now.

Surely Tim can pass the information on about the cameras. What happened to Geoff’s laptop?

He can pass the information on but as he isn’t standing as a witness does that make it hearsay? I know Faye and sally both saw ten video on his laptop of him shouting at Yasmeen but I don’t think they are witnesses. I think they gave it to the police though?

I hope the police make use of it then.

I think like pp that the old lady he took to the bistro is the one who gave him the pass.
It's a shame as I was invested in this storyline and now it's silly. Surely they police would've managed to retrieve hidden camera footage even if deleted. And when is he going to be found out for not having heart problems?

I thought that, I thought they could ask the prison for a statement on it, she'd have had a medical assessment.

It doesn't need to be annulled. If he was never divorced any "marriages" after that don't exist, they are void.

He bought in to the business though didn't he, he didn't just get it by fact of the marriage?

I don’t think he did buy in, I thought Yasmeen gave him half of her share.

Well, if she gave it to him, he owns it and there's no legal reason he'd lose it if the marriage was void.

Can I just also make a comment about Imran's acting? I think he's absolutely amazing and plays the part so well

Why would old lady have a pass?

I'm not sure, but I thought he started the call with "Yes, I'll be there in 10 minutes love" which made me think it was her. I also thought her name was Pauline but I could be completely wrong!

Sorry am I being a bit thick but the woman he took to the bistro was about 95, why would she have a pass to the hospital??! I am 😂

Also, not sure how far the hospital is... but why didn't Tim just rush to see Elaine, and why did he just dismiss that she saw Geoff, also knowing he used to work in hospital radio. Plus the hospital will have cameras so if he swiped someone's pass, this could be ascertained, and he'll be sunk.
