New ’un.

Whose turn on the storyline merry-go-round will it be this week?

OP posts:
Honeyroar · 02/12/2020 19:45

I can’t look at Ray!!🤣

Roussette · 02/12/2020 19:47

I can't cope with the way he mangles his words like he's got a gob stopper in his mouth let alone the saggy balls

Ahorsecalledseptember · 02/12/2020 19:50

Leanne is a bit more sympathetic in this episode.

Honeyroar · 02/12/2020 19:52

As well as Leanne, Shona’s having a moment of normality.

JamieLeeCurtains · 02/12/2020 20:20

This is just the biggest load of shit (the development story) but I was cheered by Geoff's lovely singing voice belting out Supertramp!

Pebbledashery · 02/12/2020 20:28

@Roussette😂😂

Pebbledashery · 02/12/2020 20:31

Elaine's wig is so bad.

Roussette · 02/12/2020 20:45

Now it's got really stupid

I thought Elaine was in a secure unit, not just a hospital?

Geoff has just let himself in. I was quite enjoying it up until now

toptreeroots1 · 02/12/2020 20:49

It's horrible watching Geoff
I don't understand how he has been watching Elaine?

eggandonion · 02/12/2020 20:51

Geoff is like Jimmy Savile, he has access all areas in hospital.

Roussette · 02/12/2020 20:51

Blimey Audrey's back!

Roussette · 02/12/2020 20:52

Yes! egg

As if he could just wander around, he hasn't been on hospital radio for yonks!

Pebbledashery · 02/12/2020 20:55

Geoff reminds me of my ex so much 🤢🤢🤢

Fiddlersgreen · 02/12/2020 21:22

I cannot stand the way he speaks. I’m not a violent person but it makes me want to punch him in the face
Roussette · 02/12/2020 21:27

Pebble that's awful for you Shock

Disclaimer: I haven’t seen this episode so can’t comment on how it came across but thought that this article was interesting.

Smallsteps88 · 02/12/2020 21:45

When I Gary ever going to get caught for killing Rick?

Total bollocks that Geoff would know where Elaine was and be able to find a staff member who worked there and convince him to give them his pass. Rubbish.

TheFormerPorpentinaScamander · 02/12/2020 22:13

I thought he got the pass from his new gf? He was on the phone to her and said something about a pass? I assumed he stole it from her.

DipSwimSwoosh · 02/12/2020 22:15

I thought his new gf was called Christine, not Pauline?

Smallsteps88 · 02/12/2020 22:37

New girlfriend is Christine.

The pass belonged to someone called Pauline. (That the name that was on it) and when he answered the phone he said the name Pauline. Presumably he has managed to woo another woman in record time (due to his stunning good looks Wink) to get a pass for the hospital. Although how he knew Elaine was there is a mystery.

Can someone remind me, Phillipa/Elaine is Tim’s mum. Then Geoff married Tess who Tim was told was his mum. Is she dead or alive? Did Geoff say she was a crazy alcoholic too? I get confused and don’t want to google.

TheFormerPorpentinaScamander · 02/12/2020 22:37

Oh maybe. I don't pay that much attention Grin

Mollypolly2610 · 02/12/2020 22:43

@Smallsteps88

I’m confused too. Who was the second wife that Tim thought was his mum and where is she?

TellingBone · 02/12/2020 23:12

The unseen Tessa Metcalfe. Tim apparently told Faye that she'd died.

Clawdy · 02/12/2020 23:23

I can't believe even with a pass someone would not be keeping an eye on Elaine's visitors. And would her door have a lock on the inside?

TheFormerPorpentinaScamander · 02/12/2020 23:30

@Clawdy

He wouldn't have managed it in any of the psych wards I worked on. Even if you could let yourself in the entrance was overlooked by an office and staff were always wandering around checking people and stuff. Although I suppose if you timed it right, and some of the shit staff were on duty, you might manage it. They did have locks on the inside of their doors, but we could unlock them from the outside if we needed to.
