Going back to the last point on the old thread, I agree that they’re writing well for Tracy now. She’s still got her hard side, but they’ve made her caring in a straight talking way, rather than just a full-on bitch.

I think 'enjoying' Corrie is a very creative way of describing my pissed-offness at the bizarre 'we can all get jobs if we just try' scene with Gemma, Chesney and Dixie.

Absolutely ridiculous. As if Eileen would invite gangster Mick into her house when he was pointing a gun at her last time he was there. The way she said "This needs sorting, both of you, inside" was like they were kids who'd had a fight in the playground. And there's no way her talking to him would have got him to let Todd off the hook when he was trying to kill him in the last episode.

I have decided not to watch any more and just read the thread here instead. I would be embarrassed to be acting in Corrie now, except for Geoff and Yasmin I don’t care about any of them.

Full lockdown, until 1 December.
So I can't have strange gunmen, vicars with bags, vicar boyfriends, prodigal son in my house for six weeks.
I need to keep watching corrie with its cast of thousands to keep me sane.

I laughed when Paul said he’d recognised Tod from Summer’s photos. He’s about the only one that has!
