Going back to the last point on the old thread, I agree that they’re writing well for Tracy now. She’s still got her hard side, but they’ve made her caring in a straight talking way, rather than just a full-on bitch.

Didn't Craig know Previous-Head-Todd though, so would have known if Eileen had lied? Or wouldn't he have seen the body even if he'd gone with Eileen into the mortuary?

That's what I thought. I'm sure Craig was a young lad on the Street when Todd was still around.

Ask yourself this - you're fallen foul of a psycho villain in the area where you used to live (and your mother still does). Do you :

a) disappear somewhere far away from Wetherfield, in the knowledge that you might never be able to return?

or

b) make several visits to your mother's house, persuade her to wrongly identify a body, cross your fingers that her neighbour the policeman doesn't cotton on to the fact the body isn't yours or cross-check DNA/fingerprints, then disappear somewhere far away from Wetherfield, in the knowledge that you might never be able to return?

Sounds like a good plan.

Oh I don't know, I used to work in MH, including ABI patients. Some of the things they would ask to cook weren't far off of cheese balls on a cake! If they'd had free range over the kitchen they may have made them!

I'm a couple of episodes behind but came in to comment on The Gulp 😂 I'll have to give New Todd a bit of time. I couldn't stand New Ryan at first and he really grew on me. They tend to bring these people in amid ridiculous storylines and eventually they settle down. Todd'll probably end up working with Adam (didn't they work together back in the day?).

I enjoyed Jenny and Evelyn with the wine. I'm glad to see more characters returning.

Evelyn might have said it. Tyrone might have raised an eyebrow behind her back, while Evelyn remained deadpan. But the smut is all wrong.

Agreed. There was no need for that. Fair enough Tyrone winding her up about the sleeping arrangements, but that was just a step too far. As if you'd make those innuendos with your gran!

I think we know - from experience - this is going to be a very tedious storyline.
Men with hoodies skulking on street corners and frowning. Other hoodied men spying on new head Todd whilst punching a number into a mobile. New head Todd getting a punching in the ginney but managing to leg it. Eileen scraping together a grand a begging the ringleader to take it but spare the life of her son. Ringleader relenting.

p.s. is it called a ginney. Think so. Happy to be corrected. Please note it's not between the legs, it's the alley behind the houses lol
