I agree with @cheesecrack that Innes is bordering psychopath . She has the same weird tongue/sucking lips as Tracey . She may well have had a hard life but as she’s chosen this path of laying herself bare to millions of people on TV , she should have at least made an effort . Her eyes are frightening . I can’t see her having any redeeming features but I will wait .

I think Baldy is the Thumbface/Dean of series six . Even his voice and demeanour are similar . I didn’t think Heidi was needy to start with but it’s beginning to show . No way will BaldyTH have the patience to deal with it .

I’m not sure why people dislike Sam so much , I must have missed something . Not sure about the disappearing off to support his ex at her mother’s funeral is for real or because he can’t stand Elizabeth ( which I can understand ) . I suppose it will depend on whether he rushes back or bales out .

I really like the Virgin and Lauren . First impression is that they’re both nice people and I hope it works out . I think she will have the patience and investment to help him out and handle him gently .

Martha the Greek is really beautiful and the elaborate PonyTail seems quite genuinely entranced so far . Impressive wedding venue - was it a theatre or a dance hall ?

Yes - I agree Sam’s comment re Elizabeth’s weight was the turning point for me. Though Elizabeth is clearly OTT, intense and in your face.

She's definitely not big at all, she is very slim I thought but hasn't got skinny arms to match the rest of her i guess, he came across so smarmy, I don't think he's good looking either particularly.

I really dont understand the experts matching them with someone clearly opposite to their type, someone that shallow is not going to change their mind. I was expecting Jules to not like Cam due to his height so I was very happy she didn't care and liked him anyway.

Re Ines, there is a good thread on MN about psychopaths right now. I will have another read and see if Ines fits in well there

Yes - same last season as well I think. Male strippers too. I read that Dino as well as ?Brandon is an ex-stripper and they knew each other before the process.

I'm with you. Too many people with serious issues potentially being hurt by producers chasing ratings. Enjoying it less and less

I've binge watched up to episode 10 and am feel slightly nauseous as though I've eaten too many sweets. Some of the pare-tici- pinnts are quite disturbing in their be-hayv- ya and disri-gaaard for their paaart-nis. It's gaslighting central! Perhaps I'll take a break to let you all catch up

Morning All. Fell asleep in the middle of the Innes one. She is something else.

Really horrible of Sam to say that about Elizabeth and how he would get her running. I don't find him attractive, too overly groomed for me.

Nasty of Sam. Elizabeth looks perfectly slim to me.

Now here's a funny thing. Watch how much Elizabeth is caught 'snacking' during the next episode. There is something weird about the way she is portrayed eating.

Bloggers, it may well be true but I definitely don't believe that he had to go, fair enough if they had kids together or something and it was his DCs grandma but an XG mum, sorry don't buy it. His behaviour after the funeral will show his intentions i guess!

I’ve reached the first dinner party . I can understand why people are feeling uneasy about the whole “plot” - although I haven’t seen 9 and 10 .

I couldn’t believe the reactions of the “professional experts” . They behaved like a coven of witches ( and wizard , of course ) - all oohs and aaahs and clutching one another in disbelief . More like the audience in a gladiatorial round . The Romans would have been proud of them .
I’m obviously not going into detail because other people may not have got this far . But I shall be interested in what others think .

Meanwhile after Ines little dissertation on how everyone should behave with everyone else - she was avidly watching Elizabeth’s interaction and lapping it up . Errrrgh !

I can now see why Sam was so disliked by everyone .

Thank goodness for the sanity of Lauren and Matthew’s blossoming and wholesome relationship .
