@festiveivf a major thing happened off camera when a few contestants went out for drinks so no one ever really knew what actually happened throughout the series. S7 is ok, if kind of all works out how it should by the end.

John hates Heidi. He is so harsh on her and let's Baldy off everything while the other ixperts sit there with slapped arse looks on their faces.

I’ve taken an irrational dislike to Martha.

@festiveivf unlike in previous series they let the contestants go out and socialise between dinner parties without the cameras there. Things happened on these nights out that you only ever heard about second-hand. It made it hard (imo) to work our what had actually happened.

Much better for the viewer if it all happens on camera.

I'm not keen on Martha either. And yes re John towards Heidi, he is so harsh on her. She clearly does have issues but Mike isn't perfect in it all and I don't feel like they addressed anything he did.

@Sunbird24 - totally agree with you there about Martha being a horrible gossipy stirrer. Her and Jess were really quite awful to watch at one of the dinner parties. Especially Jess.

It feels like Martha is setting the others up to fail, almost so she can have the best relationship etc. She knows exactly what she's doing IMO

Martha and Jess are a bad combination together. They are both so insecure with themselves that they get off hurting other people.

Mick spots the centre of the drama is almost always Jess

Mick really is great. If I was an ixpirt I would probably have matched him with Melissa or Lauren, definitely not Jess.
I think with each episode that I watch that Ines can't get any worse but she does

I feel sorry for Mick. He was spot on when he called Jess out on their honeymoon for her motives. He’s defo got a raw deal. Actually yes @jaimebravo Melissa would’ve been a good choice. They are both genuine. She also got a raw deal I think with Dino. I don’t understand why the ixperts insist on continuing with the daft ‘opposites attract’ nonsense, when it’s clear they have absolutely bugger all in common.

Mick always looks like he just got out of bed. I can’t stop watching Jess’s lips. I can’t stand the baldy twat. That Sam is horrific, I kinda get Ines’s disappointment in Bronson.

I’ve watched quite far and think the producers have got their scripting all wrong this episode. It’s astonishing how often the “bad guys” all use the exact same language to justify what they’re doing (I keep thinking I’m hearing DaviNO or DaviNA, but no).

You can’t rotate the same script within the same series! It just sounds stupid and your characters lack believability!

@SchadenfreudePersonified they really need us to sort them out and come up with some better plot lines. Let’s face it, what we really want is for the gits to get to the end and be remorseful and go on to be better people, and for the couples who don’t click immediately to have their love grow exponentially and be together forever.

Watching Ines gets boring, watching lovely Jules and Cam gets boring, we want character development like Alene and Simon but with a happily ever after too.

I agree that Mick deserves a lot better. He’s mostly lovely and could have been paired with someone that pushed him to reveal his emotions. It would have been lovely to see him learn to open up and not hide behind his humour. But no. He gets put with the queen of Insta
