So far, Kheerat seems to have shown more grief than Chantelle’s actual family. Not really happy with how they’ve dealt with this storyline so far, I hope it steps up tonight/tomorrow.
If EE were to address such a serious issue, with this ending for Chantelle, the least they could do is give it a bit of attention, instead of switching their focus to Stacey.

To be fair, I think they've shown him the most. Her family have only been seen briefly.

Didn't Martin and Sonia get back together around the time that Bex left? I don't know if I missed an episode where they split up but then all of sudden Martin was making eyes at Ruby.

Did they split up? Or has super Sonia been so busy at Walford general saving the whole of the East End from Covid that she hasn't noticed that Martin is now with Ruby?

I think he messed up things with Sonia once he started working as a loan shark. I can't recall if he was with Sonia or about to be there was some flirting between them.
