A sinkhole randomly appeared. But it was actually engineered by Ray Crosby as he wants to buy David's house.

Did he give Sally the money to pay the barrister with the asymmetric haircut? God knows why, most ex husbands wouldn't.
I don't know why he had an affair with Molly Dobbs. People have too many affairs, enabled by the wraparound childcare and kids not doing after school activities or having normal germs at inconvenient times.

IIRC Phelan stole Kevin’s new recovery truck that he had just purchased (I vaguely remember Phelan taking the keys from Kevin’s house) and Anna stepped in with her compensation money to save Kevin’s business or something like that anyway!

Fuck! Kevin’s been raking it in from all corners for years! He really should have an investment vehicle for all that dosh!
