I hate that look Deanoo has when he is challenged on his lies and furrows his brows, as if he can't compute what's being said to him. I've been trying to work out what emotion it's conveying but because he's such a liar, it's hard to figure it out. Anyone know what I mean?
i know what you mean.
I think it's calculated to make him look sincere, honest and trustworthy.
He thinks if he looks thoughtful and as though he is really trying to understand where others are coming from, and perhaps implying not explaining himself properly so really blames himself because people can't understand how innocent and put-upon he is, then he will carry the day.
Sadly for him, his gaslighting tricks that he has used for years to control and belittle women whom he has already made doubt themselves with his "logical explanations" in general, isn't working with a) blokes, or b) women he hasn't hand-picked for low self-esteem and inability to handle confrontation. (Suspect he will be a whizz at picking vulnerable, needy, easily bullied partners . . . . He's not a man who will want a strong, independent woman by his side.)
Everyone can see right through him and his DARVO techniques just aren't working.
(BTW - I think Nasser would have wet himself if T/F had agreed to a fight - but I think Telv would have wiped the floor with T/F, for all T/F is bigger.)
