Couldn't see a new thread so started this one. So we're now into a show of two halves, edited together - pre and post lockdown! Who's shouting "before" "after" at each scene?

I do hope that they don't drag out this storyline like they did Phelan - said on the Corrie compilation last night that he kept Andy locked up for 12 months! How did they keep everyone's attention??? It got so tiresome - we hoped he'd been rumbled and then another excuse fell out of his mouth.

Checking in. Caught up this morning. Felt a bit at the scene with Daniel cuddling up to the cardi-wearing prostitute.

Especially as it was Sinead's cardi.

How much would the prostitute charge?

Presumably the going rate- actually, I could probably do that. Wear a dead woman's cardi and cuddle the widower for £250 an hour.

I was worried she was going to do the voice as well! Very creepy.

I remember having a discussion as a teenager years ago with a friend who said she'd heard that some men paid women £££ to throw cream buns at their private parts. The women stayed fully clothed but just lobbed the buns at willies. I think I'd rather wear a dead woman's cardi.

That has got to be the most random thing I’ve ever heard why cream buns!? What if the shop was out of cream buns and you could only get hold of Eccles cakes??

Oh wow, this was a good episode tonight!!!

I’m loving how the split screen phonecalls lets us see Geoff’s facial reactions when he isn’t putting on an act for anyone. Normally he has his mask on. It’s all a performance but in these phonecalls you can see husband panic and anger. It’s great. So well done.

Did Tim say trial starts tomorrow? So that will be Friday for us?

Interesting that Geoff wanted to know which ex. Shows that he really is a repeat offender.

Fridays episode is going to be good if it's the start of the trial. I wonder if court scenes are pre or post distancing? Could make for some interesting logistics in the court room set.
