I have an admission to make. I have no idea on the storyline of the attractive teen, her mother, Gary etc. And I look to my laptop and fiddle about when they come on, as I have no desire to know, apart from glancing up occasionally to see if Gary every takes off that overcoat even in the middle of summer!

I loved how Yasmeen had obviously read the coercion book and she used some phrases from it...

I missed that - obviously wasn't paying full attention for some reason!

She did day Elaine but I think she said something else about that not being her real name.

Like pp said, it's easy to switch off whenever Gary appears, doing that ridiculous bob-and-grimace thing with with his head and face. Is he now supposed to be a cokehead? Or is it just how he does 'acting'?

I agree, the escort and dead loan shark wife look very similar. Seeing as how the loan shark wife is short of cash, maybe she could put on Sinead's cardi and make a few quid to supplement the pittance Gary is giving her.

Yes, seeing as how most of the female cast of Corrie have been in HMP Wetherfield Women's Wing at some point, I don't think they bother much with ID.
