I have had quite a bit of the Aldi Fake Pimms this week, won't be as nice when it's raining.

Well I’ve still not moved from the settee - there are loads of things I should be doing!

Yes it came out lighter on my phone which seems to be a bit colour blind.

I'm all lazy too because we're enveloped in a cloud at the moment.

Boris (the PM one) is on soon - that should make me get off the settee!

Can’t be doing with him telling us to be sensible when he’s allowing the pubs to open from 6am tomorrow

Are they really opening pubs at 6am??

The pubs have opened here and they're supposed to serve food but according to DS1's work gossip the pub in the next village was packed and they had menus on the tables but no food. When word came in that the Gardaí were on the way they all scarpered

Some are magi - some A&E depts are planning as if it’s New Years Eve - seems madness to me!

I took the dog for a quick wet walk.

It is too warm out, but damp. It's hard to know what to wear.

I am going nowhere this weekend if I can help it. I'm finding the whole thing a bit barmy. We rarely went to the pub anyway, so I am not desperate to go and have timed slots and sit with a bunch of nutters acting like they have never seen a pint before. I know what people are like around here, sadly.

I was out, so Dh started Boris's thing from the beginning- so I've not got to that yet.

So far , it has been the usual waffle, and making sure he is not to blame when/if it all goes pear shaped.

Just caught up with last night's episode (fighting DH for the telly in the evenings, we're also watching the 2018 Tour de France replays).

It was lovely to see Martina, she's an absolute hero to me.

And I wish Heather hadn't put herself down before they showed this match- that plays into the 'Serena was having a bad day' mantra, when no, Heather played a good match.

I so, so wanted Heather to win this.

She came so close.

Serena complaining about the noise- reminds me of Roger. Funny hoe they don't mind when the noise is for them.

Better to be remembered as the one who lost to Serena, than the woman in the Always ads, eh, Heather?

Now, I like Billie Jean- but I was really annoyed after Kerbers win the other year when (in a studio filled with people invited, it appeared, because they expected a Serena win?) she tweeted that Serena was the 'real' champion. Sorry, but that's just rude. I haven't moved on from that, I'm afraid. The bias gets on my nerves.
