We have been discussing the series Our Girl since the first one aired in 2014 and are now on number 56! Occasionally between discussions of Our Girl, we watch the 1990s series of Soldier Soldier.

I read last night that even most of the Manchester wedding scenes were filmed overseas - in Malaysia I think. That's why the view from the window looked more as if it was a painting.

Poor fingers - still he does deserve a good woman - life's been a bit disappointing what with all the oranges and apples and paras etc.

Whenever I hear that song on the radio, I always think of Georgie and Elvis.

Georgie has been promoted - goodness knows how with so many black marks against her for all her previous mistakes.

I thought she was Grace's mother.

It's interesting how this series starts with so many flashbacks to Elvis and what happened where the previous 8 episodes didn't go.

Meanwhile, she is playing the tough sergeant and there's a Molly mark two on display.

Training exercise. I lose concentration at times with these. Mind you, Soldier Soldier exercises were the worst!
