Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

I’ve followed Ramin for years. I have one of his Cd’s. Was a shock him turning up in Holby. He was fabulous in the lockdown version of Songs for a New World.

I was really looking forward to holby returning but I've had to switch it off. It's too close to home. I watch tv to escape real life.

I'm torn..

I think the way it's been filmed is very good. They've done a good job portraying the reality, but I don't want to be a part of the bbc making money out of a truly truly awful time.

This is difficult to watch just as we are in the midst of the 2nd wave.

MY understanding is they aren't dragging it on for weeks, but felt it had to be mentioned. GReys Anatomy are doing similar. They're covering it but aren't running with long storylines

I hated that episode.
