Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

Anyone else notice that when Donna slapped Cam ("that's for Xav"), she was standing about 5' away from him? Grin

Thank goodness Nikki thought to record his confession - that should help with his conviction.

Well you know things are far from right with a show when your main thought at the conclusion of a supposedly dramatic and gripping storyline is 'thank God that's over'.

And yes, with arms that length Donna should be hearing from the Fantastic Four any day now.

I'm a bit of a newby - absolutely loved it when I was younger but have been dipping in and out recently. The storylines are just ridiculous!! What annoyed me this week was the newborn baby - an adult nurse just ignoring the fact that there is a whole department with specialist paediatric doctors and nurses "we can look after her better here", and the doctor accepting this because the nurse has just found out she is pregnant HmmHmmand carry out a really complex heart operation on this adult ward, again without any mention of calling the paeds team. Felt really shouty at this point, but couldn't stop watching. Grin

Yeah, I wound it back to check because I thought she spat at him. The second time I wasn’t sure if she did or it was supposed to be a slap. Twitter was full of Mr Tickle pictures anyway!

Yea Donna and her elastic arms... Noticed it a few weeks ago when she was taking a patient's blood pressure or something from about 5 ft away.

I'm sure there are lots of hospitals who aren't using all their covid wards ATM though? I liked the fact they actually acknowledged the lack of hugging

Also I reckon no pregnancy , just straight out exploitation of position of responsibility. She'll come down harder on him (ooh er) to show there's no preference, it'll some how blow up and Fletch who is massively underused ATM will have to handle it even though they're all doctors.

Surely Pretty is in the line up for Fletch to crush on next??
