Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

Yes Other is right, they bonded in hospital then he came in and sussed out Kian. Kian was unhappy with their closeness but Jac told bloke she was in a relationship when he told her he liked her.

Hope they are next heard of being up in Scotland closer to Emma

Yes was defo him from the psychiatric unit but didn't think their relationship was romantic, more a friendship. Couldn't make out at the end - was Kian high again or had he just trashed the place because he was upset? I am so sad about Jac going - is it for good? She was my fave character.

I would have preferred Jac to leave the hospital in a taxi. It would have emphasised that this is a woman who can do difficult things on her own.

I thought high. However, he's never acted like that before so he must have taken something different...? He was usually "fine" after taking his usual drugs.

He Def liked her, I think she had a bit of a spark there too but she had Kian.
I get what you mean but I'm glad she didn't leave alone, it felt like progress she actually asked his guy she clearly cared about and sets up a happily ever after she deserves.

Yes Kian was high. I assumed he'd taken more than usual but also taking drugs after a gap can make it hit harder

Riddo Yes agreed - they can't do that to Dom! I'm guessing it's not Sacha's baby. Sleeping he just felt too old and didn't want more kids with Essie. Not sure I'm going to warm to NotJac.

I like NotJac, well the actress anyway, she is my girl crush. Liked her since Footballers Wives all those years ago.

Is that it for the new F1 who Cameron did a tracheotomy on? Has she gone now? cant remember her name. Shame as she had so much potential with a huge back story (step father).

I wasn't watching Holby for NotJac's previous appearance but I've not warmed to her so far!

Also I'm glad Cam is off my screen, but are we gonna get the details on him and Nik? Just a random card on her desk when they live together and her saying she doesn't want to talk....

Yes that was it Skylar, couldnt remember her name at all.

I hope she comes back, she came across as scared of her own shadow and seriously lacking in confidence, but she was very much a scratch the surface kind of character, when the 2 other F1's backed her up against Cameron you could see her start to shine.

I really felt that was a lot of potential for her character.

I know, i am very over invested!
