Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

I think the general consensus is in agreement with you Anton so I wouldn't worry, I never watch on time (I bloody will next week lol) so accept of I read it serves me right. I don't think the pp was having a go

That was absolutely not a spoiler given the episode had aired.

I hate spoilers (I even avoid the trailers as they give so much away!) but saying something that has been aired in an episode isn't a spoiler at all.

I used to watch this years ago with my lovely granny, I’ve recently started watching again as a comfort thing I think and I’m enjoying it, is Connie still in it 😂 haven’t seen her pop up sonfar

Oh dear, there do seem to be a few knickers in a twist here. My apologies, I should have put a 'laughing face 'emoji as my comment really was lighthearted. I had originally put 'who got shot' and then realised some people might watch later and didn't want to spoil it.
When I had it removed someone wanted to know what the spoiler was , I said AntonMeyersNo1Fan had put it up.
I'm terribly sorry that I didn't know what the true MN definition of a spoiler was and got it wrong. Goodness me. I too came on here for some lighthearted reading but will leave due to too many daggers out!

Ok so my fantasy episode janu is Cameron has wandered to the ward to moon at Chloe and accidentally walks into the room. There's time for him to say "what the...?" so it's clear it isn't a rescue mission. He's NOT a hero. The gunman, about to shoot Jac for being trappy, turns and BANG, Cam is shot.

Kian pounces on him, the gun clatters to the floor and in the tussle Kians shirt is ripped off.
The guard has a heart attack, Chloe's sorting her, Java helping Kian etc and Cam is just slowly bleeding to death. Through the throat so he can't shout out.
Security run in, blah blah blah and they suddenly remember Cam....

Cam lies there, unable to shout for help but suddenly a doctor leans over him. "It's OK Cam" says Xav "we've got you mate". Cams eyes widen in fear, the patient he killed to impress Chloe is there besides Xav, dressed in nurses scrubs. "Any pain relief needed Doc?". "oh no" chortles Xav, "he's fine, are you big man?" He puts his hand out and pulls Cam to him feet, Cam grabs his throat to speak but he can't. "Don't worry, I'll take him with me, I've been waiting" says a voice. Xav turns and smiles. "Great!". Xav turns and walks away. Cams eyes widen in fear and he stumbles backwards. Evan grabs him to steady him. He laughs and wraps his as around Cam in a hug. They fade.

...but it's too late, he's bled out.

Tbf I did pinch the Cam death scene from earlier on the thread, I adapted it.

Also with Xav finally in heaven now his death has been avenged, Donna feels a lightening of her spirit. The bro invites her out for a drink and she kisses him. It doesn't end how the dead bro / live bro thing ended in Home and Away

I've only just caught up with this thread in time for tonight cos I've been busy. Going back to the spoiler thing briefly, someone got cross with me for not giving a spoiler warning but we were on the Holby spoiler thread! I had to ask MNHQ to edit the title!

It was the bloke she was in the mental health clinic with. He was also a patient recently and Kian was all jealous cos he and J had developed a close bond in clinic.

At least I think it was him!
