Tonight's was a bit heavy on the snot'n'tears, wasn't it? If anyone can devise a way of Fletch responding quickly and successfully to his treatment and stopping Essie thinking that she should be able to carry on life as normal whilst she's undergoing chemo, please implement your plan ASAP.

Medani's torso was the only redeeming feature of this episode. I've no idea what the pills he bought were - any ideas?

He made the chap critical so he could show Chloe he was good at his job when he sorted him out - but she didn’t arrive in time and the patient died. So he killed him, basically.

ThornAmongstRoses · 04/12/2020 21:29

Cam is insane.

Also really loved Nikki in the scene when Jac told Kian that she loved him.

Is anyone else feeling really sorry for the last that Sacha has shacked up with? He’s awful to her!

SleepingStandingUp · 05/12/2020 00:10

Hmmm she's not right though is she.

She goes home and has sex with random man. Ok I get she was homeless but still... Now she's all like "I'll never leave you, it's me and you forever" which translates into if you leave me I'll cut you.

Then the scene with Mom. What's that about eh?

I think she's a wrong un. I think he'll call it off or question it and she overhears and she'll have that bunny in the pot on high

Yep I definitely see that storyline coming. Sascha comes to his senses, dumps her and tries to get his life back on track. She starts stalking him and generally trying to ruin his life. I reckon she'll end up in hospital with injuries that he allegedly caused.
SoupDragon · 05/12/2020 10:24

Yes. Clearly a bunny boiler!

I do feel a bit sorry for her though. She's all "I've bagged a surgeon" and he really doesn't care about her at all.

SleepingStandingUp · 05/12/2020 23:38

Yes Christmas, I reckon the "injuries" would work really well as a storyline. You'll see him in a fit of violent rage in the changing room but whatshisface will have his back and know he'd never do it. Max will suspend him temporarily but he'll come back after Jac goes off at Max and it's proven to be a lie

Optimist1 · 09/12/2020 08:17

I just can't buy Sacha's personality change. He was so cruel to Fletch, who has been nothing but a friend throughout. Wait till Jac hears of the proposal!

Cameron's evil progress is wonderful and compelling viewing. Hopefully Chloe's mention of Xav's reservations about Cam will get Donna and Chloe into action.

I was a bit puzzled about Mr Armstrong (?), the CEO - isn't Max CEO?

OP posts:
SoupDragon · 09/12/2020 08:32

Was it Mr Thompson rather than Armstrong? He is the Chairman of the Board.

SoupDragon · 09/12/2020 08:34

I think they've done Sascha's personality change well actually. There is always a flicker of guilt/doubt before he settles into the "new" behaviour. I think he has decided that nice brought him nothing but misery.

SoupDragon · 09/12/2020 08:37

It's also probably the fact that he's gone straight from losing Essie to the horrors of Covid.

SleepingStandingUp · 09/12/2020 10:50

You'd think his daughter might be called in to support him...

Yeah Jac will go batpoo crazy.

I don't like bad Sacha but agree it's done well. He's lost the love of his life. Even when they split, and use married someone else, he didn't really lose her. Now she's gone, the baby has gone and all he ever did was try to be nice. Now he has a temporary distraction. But maaaaaan his bunny is gonna get BOILED. I trust her not a bit.

I hate Cameron.

Thanks for clarifying, Soup - I thought I was paying attention throughout, but obviously not!

He's a bit of a dick isn't he

ThornAmongstRoses · 09/12/2020 21:09

I hate to say it but.....as Cameron gets more evil, sly and cunning I find myself being VERY attracted to him!

SleepingStandingUp · 09/12/2020 23:20

Thorn. Go find some birch branches and self flagellate until you repent

ChoccyJules · 10/12/2020 10:16

Amen

InTheShadowOfTheMushroomCloud · 15/12/2020 20:30

So which glass got the powder in? And what was the powder?

SleepingStandingUp · 16/12/2020 00:22

I don't know. I rewound it and you can't tell.

Poison his daughter so she can show how supportive she is whilst Killing her off?
Poison him so she can be the doting fiance? But then daughter will stick around and if he does she gets nothing.
Poison herself and then set daughter up so S disowns her?

SoupDragon · 16/12/2020 08:10

I think it was in Rachel's glass as they focussed on her with the end shot.

SoupDragon · 16/12/2020 08:14

Alternatively, given her apparent munchausen's it could be in her own glass.

SleepingStandingUp · 16/12/2020 09:53

Digital spy episode summary is clear she poisoned Beka, who is played by Sachs's real daughter hence they could hug

Checking in for tonight's Cam misery fest! (Well I'm guessing it will be!!)

SoupDragon · 05/01/2021 22:16

Looks like Max will be on to Kian before long.

Jodie is evil !
