I enjoyed:

Gilmore Girls
Pretty Little Liars
Gossip Girl
Vampire Diaries
Never Have I Ever
Katie & Alexa

Started watching Riverdale but don’t love it yet so not sure whether I’ll continue.

I also loved Greys Anatomy, Revenge, Westworld, Game of Thrones and Homeland but I do love a good teen drama.

Grateful for any recommendations Smile

Twin Peaks (s1 and 2), bit of a slow one.... but agent Cooper is SO dreamy Wink Wine xx

We just binged on Outer Banks. Loved it!

I've just watched Spinning Out on Netflix which I quite enjoyed.

MonsteraCheeseplant · 30/06/2020 14:43

Oh yeah Spinning out was great and fires the bill of the op

I've enjoyed Younger on sky/now TV. Its not necessarily a teen drama but I think you'll like it if you liked Gilmore girls. Basic premise 40 year old divorcee, SAHM of 18 year old can't get a job as 'too' old, passes as a 26 year old and starts to lead a double life, Hilary Duff is in it too.

Younger sounds great

Only downside is only season 1 and 2 is on sky/now TV. I believe the other seasons are on amazon prime but I don't have that atm.

River Dale has peaks and troughs, I'd stick with it and see it out.

If you like Chesapeake Shores then Virgin River is similar, wholesome easy watching.

Very different from US teen drama but I discovered a series that I got really hooked on when my now 13 year old ds1 was a baby is currently all available on IPlayer. Two Pinrts of Lager and a Packet of Crisps is about a group of late teens/early 20s friends in Runcorn. The writer was about the age of the characters at the time. DP and I were a lot older already even then but we loved it, although it lost its way at around series 7.

I finished Riverdale and enjoyed that

I've seen bits of Chesapeake Shores but didn't carry on watching it. Not sure why but might go back to it.

Loved Virgin River.

Younger sounds right up my street.

I used to watch Two Pints years ago when it was on TV but haven't watched them start to finish.

I still sometimes put Friends, Big Bang Theory or or Peep Show on for a bit of background noise
