I quite like Nina, she's a typical teenager trying to find her place and way in the world. And losing her Dad and being made homeless has made her vulnerable. Vulnerable and scared teenagers are (often due to no fault of their own) total nightmares!

It’s not her flat. She moved out of hers and into one Gary bought (or rented?) in Victoria court when she found out she was pregnant.

The bat story and club was ridiculous. We've never seen Roy with those people. Has it ever been mentioned before. He was into trains.

I have a vague memory of the bat people being involved when somewhere was being renovated/developed. Victoria court maybe? There was a bat sighted in the building so no development could happen for a while.

On a very shallow level, in the name of all that is holy, what on earth does Maria see in Gary?
It's the most unlikely match ever. He just twitches, pulls faces, jumps around with meaningful looks and grimaces... he's 'orrible!
