If Ali and Ryan had half a brain cell between them they’d have finished Gary off ages ago. They’re both bigger than him.

This whole family is unbearable.

Also have you noticed how since the questions about who lives where, the flat is shown with who lives there!

Why are Toyah (qualified and amazing counsellor) and Imran (in demand solicitor) living in a student flat share set up?

So Craig is trying to lose weight. I wonder if the actor is going to do this in real life.

Also if your going to tell Ali something really important at least go to the flat not hang around in the street near Gary

Apparently Colson Smith (Craig) is doing a rowing challenge for sport relief and has been on a bootcamp and lost a fair bit of weight. I was going to link the article but it had a spoiler.

What were the chances that Gary was listening around the corner to Ali and Ryan, I mean no way would we have seen that coming.

I hope Daniel stays away for good.

He's always snooping around, nasty sneaky Gary. Hopefully Daniel will be OK, it has been very difficult for all concerned. If Gary and Geoff would just die maybe everything would be OK.

Beth’s new wig is so plastic! I wonder which part of Scotland they were going to, as they set off after 7.20 by the clock in Toyah’s flat. A long drive to the border.

I wondered why her hair looked so Barbie like!! It’s a wig! Why is she wearing a wig? Hopefully the actress isn’t unwell? And she’s just changed her own hairstyle which didn’t fit with the character.

And the Beth going off with Daniel story is so rubbish. There’s no way a min wage factory worker could just take an unspecified amount of time off work at a moments notice. She wouldn’t get carers leave for Bertie. It would have to be unpaid. She couldn’t afford that.

Yes I laughed at Beth buggering off. Obviously work doesn't matter, and she doesn't need to let them know! Sometimes Corrie just suspends belief totally.

And why would Daniel want to go with her anyway? OK OK he's been an idiot, but she has been absolutely nasty to him. I wish he'd grow a backbone and I agree perhaps he won't come back... but then there's Bertie. Hopefully he'll come back for one episode, collect Bertie, and go again.

All this does give relief from the quads which I find totally tedious.

Big Bad Gary is hardly frightening, he just skulks around the place frowning.

I have to say, I did find the giant wrench quite frightening.

Gary is a pantomime villain...behind you!

no not really, but I find him so un-frightening it isn't true!

I think everyone involved in running the factory is related to Bertie in someway, so Beth's absence will be absolutely fine on Planet Corrie.

Just caught up. Anyone else get a bit teary when Nina & Roy were bonding over bat watching?

Yes I thought it was sweet. Two like minded souls.

Ahh yes it was a lovely scene. I wasn’t liking Nina at the start but I can see potential for her and Roy long term.

I find Nina so irritating. She is so unpleasant and sneary.
