Who is going to win?

I thought Kelvin's showdance was a bit rubbish: messy, too fast, cynically full of the moves that Oti knew people would like to see again. His rumba was massively overpraised. He looked like a plank. They usually get criticised in the rumba if they don't achieve continuous movement, but he kept striking lines with an arm flung out and staying there stiffly, but they didn't criticise that And his samba was messy too.
Karim's QS was nice and his jive exceptional, but the contempowaft was wet and irritating.
I may be alone in having enjoyed Emma the most! Her Charleston was outstanding, her VW beautiful in my opinion, and I quite liked the showdance, although she did look a little hesitant; I think she was worrying about the stairs/lifts/canes.

Shirley is unprofessional and horribly biased and Motsi is a shouty waste of space. Craig is the only one who even bothers trying to give meaningful comments or marks any more.

Hated the X Factor-style introducing all the finalists in their own little pods thing. Really tacky and desperate.

I love Strictly but Christ, this series tested me.

The difference between Jay and Karim is that Jay wasn't that brilliant At the beginning. I pegged him for first boot after the first group dance when he was just standing around looking Embarassed. That's why is Jive had such wow factor, it came out of nowhere.

Karim was on it from the first week. Same with Alexandra and Ashley and the one off Corrie who danced with Artem. And when they do the 'oh it's so hard, I don't think I'm going to be able to do it' then come out and dance like a pro, it comes across as a bit fake.

How does the voting work for the Christmas show if it's already been recorded? Do the audience members vote? Or do the judges decide?

I saw his Who Do You Think... and found him annoying in that too 😂

I would love Rylan to do it. He's brilliant. I can't think of anyone I'd more like to see do it!

It will be interesting to see how well a same sex couple works on dancing on icing, I wonder if the male pro will always take the males part in a dance etc.

Well...I'm sad for Anton - would have been nice for him to win. I accept that Emma was the weakest but her Waltz was really lovely and the other two dances were fun to watch. It was always a case that her nerves got the better of her a little mistakes slipped in. Neither of the K's were prone to that.

I think Shirley really gets on with Motsi, they're like screaming teenage girls over Kelvins hips. Really don't like it but I bet the producers are happy that Shirley is happy so it will continue.

I thought it was a great final. Kelvin's show dance was outstanding. Karim's show dance was boring. Dull, wafty and jerky - he could probably do that before he started the how.

Me too, she's fabulous. It's definitely a dance to showcase the woman, the man doesn't really do that much. I was a bit surprised the judges chose that one tbh.

I think with Karim it’s not just that he’s a ringer (personally I’m not really bothered about that), it was the stage school theatrics that made him difficult to warm to, for me. I didn’t mind him at first, but as time went on and he was constantly arsing about for the cameras and invading everyone else’s screen time (which is selfish - all the celebs deserve their little moments in the spotlight without Karim muscling in), it really put me off. (That and saying he went to “drama school” as if it was RADA rather than Sylvia Young.) And it did look like someone pulled him back last night when he sprinted over to Kelvin & Oti when they were announced as winners. And if so, about time.
