I am drinking Yuletide gin with gold leaf and festive garnish , topped with Fevertree Aromatic tonic.

I have had a long and vexatious correspondence with them on this topic.

This is said gin. It really is nice. I can't actually taste all those things in it but it nicer than the synthetic Gordons and Britvic I had in a pub on Christmas Eve, definitely.

Maybe leave some hints around for next year (and arrange for the Co Op to have to 'shut for refurbishment?)

Jesus, @Piggywaspushed, if the Co - Op shut for refurbishment we would have no shop in the village at all, at all.

We live in a little, remote, middle-of-nowhere place in Argyll and the Co - Op is my life-blood.

The next nearest food-drink-toiletries-booze shop is sixty miles away.

But you can order my gin online! Online I tell you! It's a magical world!

Perhaps you can just make the Co Op gin have a nasty accident in the store room?

We don't even have a Co Op. We have a legendary One Stop which is genuinely closing for three weeks in Jan 'for refurbishment'.

If I’d been off my tits on much missed creamy fa’in doon juice this Christmas, I also dare say I might have tried to emulate chizzy (wafting about in tinsel - being too round for a sequinned leotard) and would now be in a&e having split my difference.

I’m glad I don’t drink very much.

I’ve not had their gin but I’ll bet it is rather lovely in its own wee way. After two I wouldn’t be able to tell if I was drinking gin or turps anyway.

I saw it but didn't see it iykwim. It was on the TV and I saw Gorka & Gemma, then BIL facetimed and so I didn't get to really see the rest of the prog, except for who won.

Will watch again when I have a quiet afternoon/evening. 🙂
