I love looking to see what Rita has on her “Aldi middle aisle”. It seems to change every week. I’ve spotted books, plastic straws, toys and yellow knitting wool!

Watch fiona’s Party episode- the actor playing Andy is a much better actor than I remembered he got culled in the big clear up couple years from these episodes I think.
Also Sean skinner could have been a bigger character too.
It’s so funny to see the introduction of Ashley I will embarrassingly admit I had a teenage crush on him and use to video record his scenes 🤫😂 he reminded me of a younger Alan shearer - the crush was short lived but somewhere in my parents attic there’s an old vhs tape with every initial Ashley scene spliced together in a stalker type compilation.

I have always thought Andy was the better Actor of the two him and Steve I don't understand why they got rid of him🤔

I don’t either I know Steve (at the time obviously) was known as the good looking one but I think Andy could have had better storylines he was capable of handling them. Shame they’ve never brought him back for more than the odd episode.

The writers/producers just seemed to lose interest in him. His later storylines were always about feeling second best to Steve, or being torn between Liz and Jim. None of it was really ‘his’.

I often wonder how the mixed marriage storyline would have played out if it hadn’t had to be scrapped.

Yes that was a shame about the mixed marriage and the actress it just seems a shame Steve's been on the show for all these years and let's face it be isn't the world's best actor and Andy has,nt been in it for years they brought Tracy back and Nick albeit with different heads!

Maybe Andy could return and Steve could play both brothers. That would give rise to hilarity. Especially since they didn't look like cousins, let alone twins.

Lol or @eggandonion ,you have something there or maybe it could be a third triplet Liz never knew she had!😂

Or it could be another swapped at birth storyline we have not had one of those for a while ....
