Fiona and Steve, so annoying. She keeps claiming she wants him despite lack of cash but she used to insist to Denise she was only going out with Steve for his car and ability to pay for good times and has certainly given Steve that impression too.

Loved the humour in the dinner party episode. From the banter about how far John had gone with Raquel in the hairdresser's to seeing the wonderful Angela again and the discussion of what was inside Norris's trouser leg - ooh er missus!

Caught this for escapism today but couldn't remember for the life of me who that woman is who's after Don, and er...why. It's been years I've forgotten everything, can anyone enlighten me?

Josie. I vaguely remember her. She met him when he taxied her somewhere in the cab. Not sure why she's latched onto him so tightly though. Can't remember if there's going to be a sinister backstory.

The actress who plays Don’s new lady friend was in Foyles War and she was brilliant in it.

She,s in a convent ,she went on a retreat and never came back ,in reality it was a cobbled together storyline as the actress had cosmetic surgery on her lips and looked very odd.

I remember her trout pout! I missed it today and stupidly have click and collect in the middle of it tomorrow. I can't record it.
Also dh moans about me watching it, but then watches Midsummer Murders after it. Old gimmer.

My H moans too (I try to watch it in the morning before others up) but he is happy to inflict Death in Paradise, or whatever tat is on Talking Pictures on me at high volume (he claims he can't hear what they are saying clearly, we all watch the TV on 7-9 volume he often has it on 34, glad we aren't attached to a neighbour on that side).

Currently he likes Vicky, she's a nice wee girl. He Googles all the actors to see what they did following the street. Of course he's not interested...and never was despite remembering stories from years ago.
He watched death in paradise one summer he worked away.

The day after that scene with Bet doing karaoke aired, Vanessa Feltz said in the paper that Julie Goodyear was too good for Corrie and should be a Hollywood star. Julie Goodyear quit not long afterwards, saying she’d had offers of film work.

Guessing Vanessa ain’t on her Christmas card list.

It was because she’d made a massive thing of not needing him.

I didn’t remember Josie latching on to Don so desperately until I saw it again. But bizarrely, I did remember that cream blouse and red cardigan combo!

Martin is a total shit. And Audrey is hardly a supportive mum. Poor Gail.
I loved the karaoke scenes.
I'd love to see Bet meet a really good man, she always seems the stronger in the relationship then they turn out to be dicks.

I think it's such a shame Bet left,she's hilarious but also very kind hearted Corrie,s never been the same without her .

I see Martin has now taken is position as Westherfield Generals only Nurse ,very versatile ,what's the chances he would be on duty just as Tracy,s brought in and would be working on the ward she's admitted too?🤔
