Will anyone manage to cook anything all the way through?

MG Says "I've never had Jerusalem Artichoke in a Bavois" Who has Monica, I ask you, who has????

I felt very queasy just looking at that dish. Raspberry jelly atop the artichoke Bavois, sourdough crumble, sweet and salty berries, smeared meringue and birch oil (and some other oil).

I agree with others, Georgie had actually cooked edible lamb.

My active threads falls off after about 5 days which is how I keep missing MC. Obviously I can’t be expected to remember on my own and need this thread as a reminder...

Poking my head onto thread to say that I enjoyed watching Marcus make a Croque Monsieur last night that I had to make one for lunch for myself today

It took considerably longer than 15 minutes but it was delicious.

I bought monk fish once and threw it away as I buggered up the trimming bit, An expensive and gutting mistake.

It was, jay , thanks. But nothing charred, foamed, confit, or involving artichokes or pine oil. So unutterably boring to the average Masterchef contestant on their quest for food 'with a twist'
