I just don’t get what was going on with Emma B’s dance - they both looked like they forgot parts of it, Anton in particular looked behind and like he was trying to catch her up a few times. I don’t know what the judges were seeing.

Want to say Neil really annoys me. He’s dancing to show himself off not his partner. He out dances Alex at every opportunity and that’s not the point of the show

Caught up with Strictly and I think it's lovely to see Alex and Neil dancing together again. Everything in her face and performance shows how much she is loving it and her confidence has grown.

I wanted to like Emma B's dance but I think it lacked pace and didn't ever seem to get going. To me it felt too safe and not wow enough.

Karim was crushed obviously but I think his tears may work agains him as he is a ringer and people do not usually like ringers who cry.

I was out tonight but I would have voted Alex 3 times.

Finally watched it - I don’t think Neil works as well with Alex. Think she’s better with Kevin

Shirley is still Queen Bitch - she can’t even be professional enough to hide her dislike.

I still can't figure out which one of them was out of sync, Anton or Emma. It was wierd. I would have to watch it again, and..... I don't want to. I find Fosse horribly coy. I FF through all her crying bits, cos I am a heartless cow who hates a sympathy tugging VT. Saw Billy and knew it was 100% correct decision. Nobody needs to listen to that.

Ah no, that's a bit much. He certainly said well done to her, he was just obviously under strict instructions to keep his gob shut. I thought it was amusing.

Emma and Anton's dance was a bit of a nothing affair. Really odd, not engaging at all..

Anton was staring straight ahead, it was so awkward. Emma was all animated and excited but Anton just kept repeating "well done". Not like him at all as he usually uses the Clauditorium to treat us to his comedy stylings.

I really liked Saffron and AJ's dance. I don't get the dislike of him. I love watching him dance.

I would like to see them win. He should have been in the final with Claudia Fragapane

I loved Alex's jive - so nice to see something straightforward and traditional. It genuinely put a smile on my face.

I also liked Mike's paso, thought was his best dance yet. Shows what I know as everyone says it was shite! I did notice that at the end he held his hand out to her so she could help him up, but she didn't and so he had to get up by himself. Hmmm.

I thought Michelle was absolutely 100% bloody godawful!

Anton and Emma, no it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Shame as I love Anton. I read an interview with Bruce Forsyth years ago where they asked him who should take over from him should he ever retire (it was long before he actually did) and he said Anyon, and I agree.

When Emma and Anton were dancing, it felt like the camera operator didn't know what to do. There were unusual close ups of just her while both were dancing , and they were often mid shots, so we only saw her face. this exacerbated the impression that they weren't dancing in sync. It was very odd camera work. The camera in Strictly normally helps dancers out, making them look faster and more spinny, for example.

Shirl applauded at the end of AntNEm's dance. Reckon someone had a word with her (and maybe Anton too?)

Why-are they not getting on?

There's a thread on digital spy where someone has calculated the series averages so far - Kelvin is top which surprises me as it doesn't feel like he's had that many outstanding scores but I guess he is consistently around the 8/9 mark. Out of the ones left, Mike and Chris are the lowest and barely anything between them although, as Mike has been ridiculously overscored on more than one occasion, I don't think it's an accurate reflection on their skill level.

I was lucky enough to be in the audience last night, it was amazing experience!

Claudia and Tess are absolutely beautiful up close, Claud is tiny. Tess runs around the studio like a mad thing!

Chris and Karen got the biggest cheer when they appeared on stage during the VT before their dance. Interestingly nobody cheered for Emma and Anton when they came on until prompted.

We saw them record the professionals group dance for the results show, they did it three times. The second time Antons hat fell off and put him off and he just stopped everything.

The male professionals were all very chatty and friendly with the audience especially Anton, Kevin, Gorka and Aljaz, I didn't notice any of the females talking to anyone.

If I think of anything else I'll let you know, there's other things I want to say but I'll save it until after the results show!
