I just would like to reiterate here that the same things being pointed out in this programme can be applied elsewhere too. After losing weight i still had to deal with the same feelings and problems just while wearing a different dress size.

Love how that surgeon gave his wife surgery as a reward for having his child. It must be really hard to live with someone like that.

Also the lady in the boob job clinic saying out of proportion. Oriental women don't usually have big boobs so she is in proportion already.

She should be streamed into every secondary school in the country. Why shouldn't people like her, who have an important message about people valuing themselves and women supporting each other get so much less airtime than vacuous celebs, kardashians etcetcetc.
