I understand what your saying but from what KB said then I think it was mental illness that caused her weight loss.
She didn’t look too thin when she was slim though, or at least I didn’t think so.
Now my BMI is 22.5 so it’s pretty perfect, I’m a waist size 8 to 10 and I’m 5ft 3” so I’m in proportion, and an overweight woman once said to me ‘your slim but are you happy’ and it was as if she was suggesting that my physical body was causing me to be unhappy, or that if I got bigger I would be happier, now I am the way I am and I don’t try to be slim or anything, and at this time in my life then I’m trying to be fit and toned and healthy.
I have heard lots of things being said about things like this and it does suggest to me what I just said, or when overweight women say that they’re ‘real’ women, not that KB said that but sometimes I think we’re all meant to be the weight we are, you get plenty of overweight people that don’t eat a lot and plenty of skinny women that eat everything yet look unwell, it’s all to with metabolism.
There’s girls like Lauren Goodger and Gemma Collins who, no matter what they do, then they always go back to being larger and I honestly believe that they are meant to be this weight and they should stop fighting it.
