Looks like we have two months to catch this on ITV Hub before they disappear again.

May I suggest that we start each post in bold with the episode being discussed? Like, Episode 1 ? And try to discuss episodes at a similar rate, so we're not discussing episode 10 within the first 20 posts?

@minou I’m just starting episode 19 and to be honest I’m not keen on Olivia but don’t know why, just haven’t warmed to her yet. Zara I’m finding annoying but feeling sorry for her as it’s just after THAT night. Really like Sophie and feel uncomfortable watching her with Tom. Don’t like Kady, she’s a bit of a shit stirrer. Like Marlin. Love Cara!

minou I don't mind either Olivia or Zara, but couldn't say I liked one more than the other. Kady seems quite immature, I don't see the 'power couple' dynamic with Sophie and Tom, just an uncomfortable partnership where she is on egg shells.

There is so much sex! How can they get it on with so many people in the same room?

Terry I think seems OK, he's easy on the eye

ClubSandwich - oh yes! THAT night does open a whole can of worms! I really like Sophie as well. What I really like about her is that she is always the same, if that makes sense. She isnt one minute crying, then the next laughing.

AndNoneForGretchenWieners - there is so much sex. I know this us going to sound weird, but I actually miss this part of the show only because it made me laugh, seeing the bed sheets go up and down (not for perverted reasons!) Terry is definitely easy on the eye. I love his tattoos.

I'll love to know if your views on the girls change, because this is Love Island.....anything can happen

Another thing I’ve noticed is that the recouplings are so much less dramatic!! They don’t do those horrible long pauses before announcing the name!

Is season 2 the one where Zara had sex with that bloke and lost her Miss GB crown? Classic! Was Sophie season 2? And Nathan and Cara?

Was Chris and Kem season 3?

I only started watching last year but have picked up bits and bobs from social media and YouTube.

Ep1 So, I like the villa, I like some of the girls. The Welsh guy, Tom(?) is a bit intimidating. I prefer how it's all a bit more normal. Javi, the single guy with mission "catch the snatch" is urgh!

I've just started watching this series but after reading this thread I realise I know nothing and have some serious catching up to do. I have said my goodbyes to my family

season2 Feels like the public have so much more power with their votes compared to now! It makes it much more unpredictable imo.

The difference in then and now is night and day! Looks like 10 years ago not 3.
On episode 5/6, not sure it's for me but will stick with it for few more episodes.

@BelfortGabbz which season? If season 2 then I’m hooked but can’t remember by which episode! I wasn’t keen on a few of the islanders at the beginning but now I’m on episode 26 the few I wasn’t keen on have long left so I’m enjoying it loads more now.

This is genuinely the best series. Much more natural

I'm only on Episode 2 and not really liking it for similar reasons as you I suspect @BelfortGabbz. Javi's deceitful, gas lighting of Olivia is difficult to watch. Makes me glad for the more gentle series of nowadays.
