Me too they are so unrealistic. She is breastfeeding. The best and easiest way to soothe a crying baby is to feed her, but she never does that when she's crying. And she let David and Aaron look after her all night having managed to express enough milk and the baby who is used to being breast fed just happily took the bottles of expressed milk in the night.
I don't think the writers have ever looked after a new born baby
