wtf is it about ?! We caught an episode before DSD this morning , kids are really too old for CBeebies so it has (fortuitously) passed us by until now. What planet (or drugs) are the "writers" on ? It is curiously hypnotic though ....

Thanks pelvicfloor - I plan to pre-order but thought I'd be necky and see if anyone can satisfy our urges for ITNG in the meantime

Loobeeloo · 06/08/2007 13:08

Thanks for the upsy daisy and Night Garden theme ringtones Pelvic. I have now also managed to track down Tombliboos, Iggle Piggle song, Macca Pacca song as ringtones so if anyone wants Night Garden ringtones, email me and I'll send them.

tribpot · 06/08/2007 14:39

Sidge - happy to help. Drop me a line at tribunicia underscore potestas at hotmail dot com

Btw, have discovered another reason to support my "it's a dream of Iggle Piggle's" theory, his song "Yes my name is Iggle Piggle" etc. is the theme music.

Lolly68 · 06/08/2007 14:45

Loobeeloo - I have emailed you.

edam · 06/08/2007 14:48

Have you only just realised the theme tune is 'Yes, my name is Piggle'? You really haven't been watching enough, have you. Tsk, tsk.

tribpot · 06/08/2007 15:17

No of course not, I have only just added it to my complex theory about ITNG being a dream of Iggle Piggle's

Sidge · 06/08/2007 23:00

Tribpot - have emailed you, thanks!!

edam · 06/08/2007 23:07

I agree it's all Iggle Piggle's dream but I'm surprised it has to be called a theory, tbh, seems clear and upfront to me.

tribpot · 06/08/2007 23:12

I wasn't trying to over-intellectualise it, I did say in my original post "I assume we've covered in another thread how the whole thing is a dream of Iggle Piggle's?" and various other people asked questions about it.

edam · 07/08/2007 08:31

Oops, just re-read my post and it could seem a bit off, I didn't mean to be snippy, was just surprised.

LIZS · 07/08/2007 21:19

EW just ventured onto the ITNG website - both dd and I rofl at Tombliboos in the game.

Does anybody else find the Hahoos freakishly scary?

Agnes

Sunshinemummy · 09/08/2007 22:01

Nope me and DS love the Harhoos. Especially during the dance.

Loobeeloo · 09/08/2007 22:14

Agnes I'm with you on the harhoos something vaguely unnerving about them.

agnesnitt · 09/08/2007 22:45

There was an episode where they were frowning. I had to check I was drinking coffee not battery fluid it was freaking me out. My daughter thinks they are excellent though.

wessexgirl · 12/08/2007 23:42

We all love ITNG in this house.

Have to admit, my first reaction to the Ha-Hoos was a subliminal shudder, though, so I overcompensated by making out they were my favourite characters etc. DDs don't turn a hair, but they prob wouldn't have done anyway.

I see I'm not alone then!

claraq · 14/08/2007 14:31

My DD went through an ITNG phase (mainly demanding to watch the dance under the bandstand over and over again until she had perfected it) as I was in the middle of my first trimester of this pregnancy and feeling very sick all the time. Now whenever I hear that bloody music I start feeling sick again!
But I agree that it is very clever - although can't understand how all those larger characters fit into the tiny Ninky Nonk and Plinky Plonk.

MamaMaiasaura · 14/08/2007 14:33

weird show imo which is utter shite

grouchyoscar · 14/08/2007 14:34

DS adores Macca Pacca. I think it's because they both have pet rocks

AufishFeQueen · 14/08/2007 18:39

you know that they are bringing out in the night garden clothing-

the makka pakka pac a mac
panty-pines

dazedandconfunded · 20/08/2007 10:41

Great excitemwent last night - the WATTINGERS left the house!

kirstyallen · 17/09/2007 12:37

Can anyone let me know how to get night garden ringtones etc.. my 2 year old H is addicted to it!!

Peachy · 17/09/2007 12:41

Ds (4) has a asd obsession with ITNG- its all he communicates about, but hey its communication, no?

Shame the music makes me feel nauseous!

seanhurley33 · 18/09/2007 14:17

I have some MP3 files I can send to email for you if you would like to mail me @ [email protected]. Not the best but better than nothing as there are none about at the moment !

MaryAnnSingleton · 18/09/2007 14:19

I love the music !
