That last thread filled up quickly! Here's a new one for us.

As a PP said, I can't quite forget how vile Dom was to Malik in the early days, so his rehabilitation has never made me warm to him. It looks as though his troubles aren't over, though. Carol to the rescue?

I actually liked tonight's episode.

Isaac is seriously frightening.

I think Lofty's recovery at the end was a bit far fetched though......

Loving HH and his dancing!!!

DrCristinaYang · 11/06/2019 22:51

HH is so good with Oskar. It's actually melting my heart 💗.

ChoccyJules · 11/06/2019 23:20

How did the plain clothes officers appear so quickly? Dom was in the cupboard with Arsaac, Serena took him to see Lofty and then there they were, arresting Arsaac with handcuffs and all the verbal spiel.

SleepingStandingUp · 11/06/2019 23:58

Ooh citogirl my yes was to Dom and Loft but also yes to your question lol

I assumed they're the l ones Serena keeps in her ofice for emergencies.

I was happy for Lofty to die so long as he grassed in Arsaac first. Then he'd go down for. Murder

Ladymargarethall · 12/06/2019 06:24

The actor playing Isaac is very good, but I had to mute him and put the subtitles on because he was so creepy.
Can Dofty find happiness again, please?

QueenofmyPrinces · 12/06/2019 06:29

Serena had been talking to Lofty in his cubicle before she showed Dom through and Lofty told her what had happened. After she had shown Dom in and left them to talk she went and called the police straight away and I guess she told them that Isaac was a flight risk Grin

SleepingStandingUp · 12/06/2019 08:58

He recovered amazingly quickly! Maybe Serena has a time machine.
I like Serena around Dom and Lofty /Donna and Xav. I feel like keep your shit off my ward is the appropriate answer, not all the fussing they'd get off Sacha.

Although technically Sacha grabbed Arsaac so he's the hero, whoop

Gruzinkerbell1 · 12/06/2019 09:54

Amazingly fast recovery for Lofty. He’ll probably be back working on the ward next week.

Loved HH dancing.

SleepingStandingUp · 12/06/2019 10:34

I said that to DH! maybe he'll need some time off to recover, to take his show to the west end...

merrygoround51 · 12/06/2019 13:55

Slightly off topic but is anyone watching the Drama reruns of the early seasons. It was so much better - Chrissie, Owen etc

PaddingtonBearHardStare · 12/06/2019 17:28

Just noticed Holby isn't on next week in favour of a programme called "Our Next Prime Minister" Hmm

Missingthesea · 12/06/2019 17:44

Holby is on Thursday next week.

Agree brilliant acting from Marc Elliott. I hope it won't typecast him.

HitthefloorforTaintedLove · 12/06/2019 17:55

Lofty is so meh it's unreal but glad Isaac has Ben caught.

Liked the robot dancing but what age is Oskar supposed to he, did you see how neat his colouring was? 😂

What a big mouth Cam is!

spiderlight · 12/06/2019 19:12

I thought that about Oskar's colouring as well! My DS is 12 and half his drawings are messier than that! Grin

MissSueFlay · 25/06/2019 08:58

It says a lot about Holby at the moment that there hasn't been a post here since 12 June....!

Ladymargarethall · 25/06/2019 09:40

Several people have said they have opted out of watchingSad

Optimist1 · 25/06/2019 11:20

Fingers crossed there's something worthy of discussion in tonight's episode!

SleepingStandingUp · 25/06/2019 19:01

I'm just really behind with it being late and then away all weekend

Ladymargarethall · 25/06/2019 22:27

I quite enjoyed tonight's, although I can't see why Evan appears to be a re run of Isaac.

ChoccyJules · 25/06/2019 22:47

I also wonder that, maybe there are two alternating script writers who never check what happened on the other person‘s week?!

Nice to see Zav‘s Mum all better.

Optimist1 · 25/06/2019 22:50

I'm not a huge fan of Cam's, but did feel sorry for him tonight. He's got the measure of Evan, hasn't he? But I'm not sure that confronting him about the phone call he overheard was a sensible thing to do. I spent a long time wondering where I knew the actor who played Cam's patient from - he was Gavin in Benidorm!

The issues between Xav and his mum were wrapped up pretty quickly; I wonder if it'll be all sweetness and light between them from now on.

I was very glad we didn't have Lofty and Dom to contend with

Ladymargarethall · 26/06/2019 06:46

What had happened to the patient who died? His wife was an MP but someone came in just as the scenario was being explained. He said some people would be happy to watch him die in the hospital bed. Can anyone explain why please?

Optimist1 · 26/06/2019 08:12

I think he was some sort of military whistleblower.

OP posts:
Gatehouse77 · 26/06/2019 10:47

Cameron is such a wet blanket and always has been.
Wish he’d never come back as every time he’s on screen my irritation levels rise.
Same with Lofty.

SleepingStandingUp · 26/06/2019 11:17

I prefer Cam. You can at least see some semblance of a decent person in there, someoen who wants to be less... Well, Cam. I think his supporting cast help tho, he has a hood relationship with Nicky. Dreading the inevitable hook up
