It has more in common with Dani's Castle than Rentaghost.

I really enjoyed it, DH said it was ok. I don't think it would suitable for my (admittedly rather soft) 10yo though.

I must be even older than some of you because it reminded me of the ghosts of Motley Hall. (Very faint memories though)

Ah glad there is a thread I just caught up with it so silly yet so funny I used to watch HH when the dds were children it is just the same daftness Fanny falling out the window 😂

Dh was really meh about it me and the 21 year old were Loling it was a joy !!

Ha I started watching it (without knowing any of the background), just assuming it was a new comedy and then was surprised when ghosts appeared! I thought 'oh no, this might be too silly' but actually I really enjoyed it. It reminded me a bit of blackadder!

I did like it , but I wish the scout ghost had that pencil removed as it's winding me up.
I do remember Rentaghost too.

Whoa back up a minute @Jackiebrambles. You were surprised when there were ghosts on the first episode of a series titled "ghosts"?

We enjoyed it. Very silly. Liked Screaming Fanny and the cellar-full of surprise ghosts. Did not like the little girl singing though - she's seriously creepy!!

Little Plague girl was our favourite !

Not sure that was a pencil stuck in scout ghost @The80sweregreat looked more like an arrow to me. I agree it was annoying though!

I thought it was a pencil at first but yes, it's an arrow.

The plague girl was SO creepy! Really well done.

DD and I enjoyed it. I saw a trailer for the next episode earlier this evening, and it looks like it is going to get more interesting.

She can see the dead now so should be amusing! ' I can see dead people' ..
I liked the young couple though.

That bit reminded me of Being Human.

It's better than ' what we do in the shadows' /but then I only saw one episode of that so it might have got better.

I've seen Ghosts and WWDitS - both excellent, but both different styles. Recommend both!
