10 minutes to go!

The episode is too short! Sad

TheLazyDuchess · 15/04/2019 02:59

Sorry I got a bit excited there at Sams revelation Blush

Good question, would she? Will she?

AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:02

Even though I knew a jump scare was coming, it still scared the shit out of me

EraOfTheGrey · 15/04/2019 03:03

I thought it would run to 3:15 with adverts.....I feel cheated.

Myothercarisalsoshit · 15/04/2019 03:03

‘I’ve always had blue eyes!’ ... so glad to see Tormund.

DangerMouse17 · 15/04/2019 03:04

Dany is obsessed with people bending the knee and respecting her as their Queen....im not sure she'll take the news about Jon all that well!

ChiefClerkDrumknott · 15/04/2019 03:05

That look between Jaime and Bran 😮

AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:07

Poor Sam though, I just wanted to give him the biggest hug!!

Surprised nobody bit the dust in the first episode tbh. Unless that unfortunate Umber kid counts

whathaveiforgottentoday · 15/04/2019 03:08

Great start but feels like the calm before the storm. Like the way they brought people back together. Felt quite heartwarming.

Lweji · 15/04/2019 03:10

It's all getting very Enemies Reunited.

I was surprised that Cersei did get in bed with that awful man. But I suppose she's running out of allies. And no TV or any other entertainment...

TheLazyDuchess · 15/04/2019 03:10

I'm so glad Jaime stuck to his word, and has finally left Cersei. I really thought Euron was going to hurt her, or try to abort the baby. Does anyone know how far on she was suppposed to be? Is she actually even pregnant? She'd be crazy to be alone with Euron again.

I don't think Bran could feel resentful towards Jaime (or any emotion?) even if he tried. I think if Jon orders Arya to leave him alone, she will. And I can't wait to see him and Brienne reunite.

OP posts:
AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:15

I though the big JS=AT reveal was a bit underwhelming tbh.

Lweji · 15/04/2019 03:15

Where is Brienne? I missed her.

AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:16

I liked it when Arya stood up for Sansa to Jon.

EraOfTheGrey · 15/04/2019 03:16

I agree, I don't think Bran will have a reaction to Jaime. I really feel for Sam. When he said: "at least I can go home now my Brother is lord". Sam doesn't deserve bad things to happen to him.

Myothercarisalsoshit · 15/04/2019 03:17

No way will Bronn kill Tyrion and Jaime. Especially if she’s paid upfront. What a tool!

OneInAMillionYou · 15/04/2019 03:18

Wow! Well they packed a lot into that episode, it felt a bit rushed to me. So many significant reunions that weren't given long enough.

I was annoyed that Sam's reunion with Jorah was dominated by Daenerys and her revelations.

Really think Jon made a mistake bending the knee, creating unnecessary strife amongst the Starks, wonder what will happen once D finds out the truth. I wouldn't be at all unhappy to see Sansa or Arya finish off Daenerys 😀

Truly dramatic moment with the Umber boy and that moment with Jaime and Bran at the end.

Sansa's demeanour is so Queenly now, I wonder....

Myothercarisalsoshit · 15/04/2019 03:18

Jaime’s Hair has totally changed colour. Maybe he’s renouncing his Lannisterness

Myothercarisalsoshit · 15/04/2019 03:20

Jon bent the knee because he thought it was best for his people. It reminded me of the story of Solomon and the two women claiming the same baby in the bible. It underlines the difference between him and Dany.

AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:21

Did anyone else think the opening scene kind of evoked Bran scrambling around the Winterfell battlements watching the Baratheons approach in S1E1?

Myothercarisalsoshit · 15/04/2019 03:23

We thought the arrival mirrored S1 E1 as well.

AngeloMysterioso · 15/04/2019 03:23

Also, did Yara instruct Theon to kill the Starks?!

Pinkkahori · 15/04/2019 03:25

Sam is now head of House Tarley now isn't he? If he renounces his Nights Watch vows? I wonder if he will.

Snappedandfarted2019 · 15/04/2019 03:26

I don’t blame Sana’a being wary of dany she was around cersi for long enough. Sansa was quite right to question the supply’s for the two army’s and dragons were coming from wars cost money. I do think danys got a chip on her shoulder she’s used to storming in and demanding respect normally with fear or violence, Davos was right she needs to earn that from all the northerners including Sansa.
