Seeing that we are going to be in need of a third thread... My title makes no sense, does it? I had a funny one in mind earlier but it escapes me now. Should have used hot glue gun to make it stick.

I haven’t read the full thread so apologies if someone has already said this... but as much as I love Patrick, is anyone else wondering about his clothes this series? The ties tucked into the trousers, the greying shirts, the trousers wide at the top and narrow at the bottom and high waisted. He’s dressing EXACTLY like a man I knew 20 years ago who was 80 at the time. Am I missing something, is this fashion?! Ps still love Patrick though

Hmmm, it's wrong to cut up these African outfits that I can't spell. Just chuck a belt on.

I feel as if Patrick has been reading this thread and is doing everything that he can to break our lady boners for him- grandad jackets, ill fitting jackets, ties that tuck into his pants. That's just unacceptable, quite frankly.

We've speculated on his strange fashion choices too trousers.

Personally, I think he reads these threads and is trying to make himself slightly repellent in case he runs into a mob of drunken Mumsnetters down a dark alley . . .

trousers Patrick's attire has not gone unnoticed. He's very tweedy this series. I think he's working his way through the decades. If he turns up in a denim safari suit next series I think we'll need whatashower to send a strongly worded complaint to the BBC.

Leah's pleats on the pants were awful, far worse than Riccardo's.
