Seeing that we are going to be in need of a third thread... My title makes no sense, does it? I had a funny one in mind earlier but it escapes me now. Should have used hot glue gun to make it stick.

I thought Riccardo's top was the best.

Juliet's had too much going on. There front pleats were undone, and badly pressed, the nipple circle was badly finished and the back was too much with the front being so busy.

Leah is just the third wheel, the, but then I thought Janet would win, so you never know. At least her top was nicely finished.

Janet's top was very complicated, and I know I'm a bit of a broken record but she should have fitted a toile on the model first. Then again, the time was tight, so maybe that was the problem.

Have you seen the poll on monkseal's blog about who you want to win/think will win? The biggest amount of votes are for Riccardo (want) and Juliet (will).

I think that might happen, TBF.

Patric and Esme do seem to prefer her.

It has gone through my mind that the other two might have a poor day, and Leah and her pack of tame architects will come baying over the hillside and grab the prize.

We should try to co ordinate so we 'smash n grab' all the Hobbycrafts and John Lewis at the same time. If there's a group of us we could take it in turns to share Patrick (bagsy me first!)

Oh ARSE. I was near Hobbycraft this morning and didn't think to look to see if there was a cardboard Patrick to steal!

Thank you Coco..DH had a horrid couple of days in hospital but is home again and recovering (I hope) very slowly. He managed to get up today...progress! (He likes Sewing Wasp too, so was very tazzed off to miss it. He is hoping to stay awake long enough to watch tonight's programme)

I’m Checking in for the final after 6 weeks of catch up due to Shetland clash.

I’m afraid I’m more mechanical and the closest I get to gorilla glue is sticking rhinestones onto my wallpaper (that I hung myself of course).

Today I broke down my Dyson for a deep clean, refurb and motor change. Clothes are just too ‘soft’ for my skill set!
