I'm just a little bit excited about the new series

Didn't realise it was back so soon, I've just read ...... "The show’s officially due to return on AMC on February 10, yet it’ll be made available of AMC Premiere subscribers on February 3" ........ so does that mean its already been on and I can watch it tonight ?

Red yes Daryl is so much nicer now he has some friends rather than skulking around being moody!

I was glad to have a fairly decent break from the whisperers in that episode - it is a bit tedious if the Alexandrians, hilltop etc are all going to get pulled apart and back to square one by whisperer war.

Talking Dead had Denise Huth on this week, she said having children in your gang was a smart move as people wouldn't suspect them of being dangerous...she also questioned whether all the adults in Jocelyn's group were broken or did something happen to them?

Is anyone else loving the season and thinks perhaps TWD is FINALLY getting back on track to its former glory and don't really care that Rick is gone ??

Must nearly be the end of the series? I really haven’t enjoyed this second half much, although last week’s picked up a bit and Danai Gurira is amazing. I miss Rick.

This is the best episode in ages. I’m sort of glad I spoiled it for myself as it’s compelled me to watch it rather than fanny about doing other things while it’s on in the background. Genuinely tense! I loved anniversary woman’s dress. Poor anniversary woman.

Henry! Poor Carol losing two kids 😔 one of my favourite TWD facts about Henry is that the actor is the older brother of the girl that played Sophia. They look so alike! And their middle brother played younger Henry, I think.

As soon as it started I just knew we were going to loose some loved characters. I was watching it thinking how lovely, it's just like The Waltons, everyone's happy the BOOM !!!!! I thought the Whisperers were weak and a bit pathetic not anymore ......

I am an awful person. I admit to being cold hearted . I was glad Henry was amongst the heads, the annoying twerp. (Sad about the others- well not the highway men (also annoying).)

It was inevitable though wasn't it that we were about to lose people. Had a concern it was to be Carol, or even Daryl (because he'd washed his hair).

I likeed the highway men, shame they were taken out so quickly. I’d read the spoilers though so knew what was coming.

Surely it wasn't just us that cheered at Tara and Enid and then we wooped at Henry. Tara and Enid have been irrelevant for years, then Henry was just the most annoying character since early Carl. I just wish they'd gone the whole hog and put Gabriel, Rosita and Eugene up there too. I was sad at the Highway Men, I thought they had capacity to be mildly amusing.

I can't wait for Carol to cut her hair and whoop Alpha! Incidentally why not make Alpha British as Samantha Morton (who I love) is a bit ropey in the accent department. She was seriously creepy talking to Ezekiel, I thought his cards were marked.

And the glorious moment they realise the only way they can beat Alpha is by being led by Negan. That will be a great episode.

Ok I confess I wasn't particularly bothered by Enid or Tara either, nor in fact any of then. I just didn't want to come across as totally void of feeling. Was sad Eugene wasn't included on the spike; never liked him. Beta made a unrealistic surprising recovery didn't he!
