I love home and away. Watched it from the beginning. This time last year I was in Australia. Palm beach is amazing! I’ve stood outside the surf club and sat on the bench they sit on. Also used the toilet block that you see on screen.

I don’t mean to harp on about looks, but is anyone else not really feeling the Simone/Brody thing? I’m sure the actress scrubs up well but in H&A she’s a right dowdy frumpo, I don’t believe for a second that Brody would be interested in her looks or personality (that of a wet mop crossed with a fawning puppy). Mind you I can’t bear Ziggy so I’m quite enjoying this implausible turn of events 😁

What does ‘shipping’ mean? Presuming it’s not some weird auto correct thing I’ve never heard it before until twice here? I’m imaging some down with the kids phrase right?

"Shipping" is a fairly well established word for what fans do when they support a particular romantic pairing of characters in a tv show - so as a huge Buffy fan, I "shipped" Spike and Buffy rather than Angel and Buffy, for example. Comes from "relationship".

I'm back to hating Jasmine today after she was such a bitch to Tori. I actually liked her there for a few minutes when Tori had her miscarriage. She still looks totally wrong and unbelievable with Robbo though.

I would ship Jasmine and Mark Brennan. She should go on holiday to Erinsborough and they can be a bit dull together.
