Let’s hope you don’t get wrestled away by the Feds en route and ushered in to a safe house, to while your days away playing monopoly and living off the boring health food provided (did anyone else notice that the food shopping at the safe house all lame fruit and salad? If I’m being bundled off against my will I want pizza and doughnuts, dammit!).

The wedding's not until Saturday? That gives LOADS of time for:

You to realise that DH- to-be has a "blood and sand" tattoo which you've somehow never spotted before.
You to discover that DH-to-be has a long-lost family member waiting in the wings - a teenage sister that he will have to rescue from the local cult, rehabilitate, support through her court case against said cult, and you will have to welcome into your family and bring up.
You to decide that you don't want to do your job any more, give notice at your job, work your notice, train to become a teacher, become the head of your local school which only has one other teacher despite having a relatively normal-sized student body.
You or DH-to-be to trip over whilst running on the beach, become paralysed, recover from said paralysis, learn to walk again, never mention said paralysis again.

I don't know what those of us who don't live in Summer Bay do with our time, tbh.

I'm glad I'm not having a horse and carriage, as they always go wrong! Luckily we live 20mins from our venue, which should mean that if there are any transportation issue we can still get there on time

I always think of Sally and Glynn with the horse galloping away and Sally getting covered in mud. I'm sure something similar happened to Leah?!

You'd have thought so... I had one car that was taking the bridesmaids & coming back for me. Usually it only took 15 minutes to get there but it rained heavily overnight & flooded the main road so the antique car couldn't get through & had to take the long way round. Modern cars could make it though ok. I was nearly an hour late. If it were a pre-phone era DH would probably have left by the time I got there!

Good luck @CurbsideProphet I wish you a very none soapy wedding and honeymoon. However perhaps a safe word could be agreed sso if you ARE kidnapped by your husbands deranged ex wife or some such, we'll know and can mount a rescue
