I agree Bea, but I opted not to dwell on or share my frustrations before others had the chance to try it. Like Black, it would be a shame to miss out on a whole lot of excellent writing, acting and oppa loveliness because of a lame ending.

A question to the gallery: is Go Ara to kdrama what Kiera Knightly is to UK cinema?

I think it was me that said Go Are acts with her chin. I didn't mind her in Black but she was fair annoying in Hwarang. And like Keira Knightly she puts me off certain dramas

Aargh! I hate having to wait another week for the next episode of Romance is a Bonus Book. It’s maddening. That said, this is the first time I’ve had more than one series on the go. It’s a bit strange switching back and fore.

I'm now watching My Strange Hero on viki.. It's good so far.. But wish they'd get to the nitty gritty! Too many questions at the moment!.

I had such a busy weekend I don’t feel my kdrama thirst was slaked. It’s annoying having to go into work. Funnily enough, though, with several on the go you have to prioritise and this is my current hierarchy (first to last): Romance is a Bonus Book, Encounter (sooo lovely), Devilish Joy, Last Empress. Weirdly, after a few days’ cold turkey, I found Last Empress very silly - which it is, but still!

Last Empress works best as a binger, for sure. Still enjoying though.

I’m getting frustrated with Devilish Joy (ep 8) just tell her you can’t remember FFS!! Plus the aunt is too evil.

On pause with P&P but enjoying Tunnel. It’s a good thriller.

Current favourite is def Romance is a Bonus Book although really hate FLs clothes.

For all you PSJ stalkers apparently he was at a Korean BBQ restaurant in London last night with Son Heung Min who plays for Tottenham

If only I liked PSJ more, this would have been unbearably exciting news.

I probably would. There’s definitely something there, but I just wanted to punch him all the way through Sec Kim. I could see a chink of light in She Was Pretty, but he was still a bit too smug for my liking.

It is unbearably exciting news!! I do love PSJ. I saw an interview once where he giggled at a time he was on holiday in Europe (might have been Spain) and someone shyly asked him for a photo, which he was more than happy to do... until he realised they had no idea who he was and wanted him to take a photo of them He was still happy to take the photo

Ep 10 of my strange hero (viki)... And really enjoying it! Kang bok soo is such a lovely character... In fact!.. It's jammed with lots of likeable characters.. So there's lots to love!... 😍👍❤️
