Just spotted Pride and Prejudice (not Jane austen!) on netflix and read the blurb and now I'm intrigued!... it's on the list!

I'm still in the middle of High Society (viki)... Which is basically Dallas /Dynasty... Horrible rich families at war.. Or poor people who want to climb above their status... Or lovely decent people who don't really give a fig... Basically it's soap!... But fun,..., I like and care about the majority thus I'm sticking.... 👍😁

Cocky boss prosecutor in Pride & Prejudice is a cross between Rob Morrow (of 90’s Northern Exposure) and David Dickinson off Bargain Hunt. I think its the curly hair, specs and three piece suit combo that’s doing it.

I like it very much so far.

Rob Morrow (Mmmm) / David Dickinson (orange) hard to imagine but am going to go for it

I didn’t say I like the boss man. He’s as cheesy AF. The prosecutor and investigator that the trainee prosecutor FL share with OTOH... I love that they flat share and lift share to work. I haven’t quite worked out what their backstory is or whether they are related.

I’m on a roll now... 2ML in Pride & Prejudice is LJS’s martial arts expert bodyguard sidekick in the manga world in W. It was annoying me trying to remember where I’d seen him before, so I am glad I’ve placed him.

This might be my favourite ML/2ML pairing so far. Man mountain doesn’t even look as big in this because bodyguard is the same height. I didn't realise he’d played the brother in Sec Kim. I didn’t click on it because I’d assumed it was a cameo.

I'm pretty sure he is.... But I could be wrong!... I thought he was vair handsome in W... But then again everyone was vair vair handsome in W! ❤️😍😂

The ep 2 cliffhanger in Pride and Prejudice is perfection! 😀 What could possibly go wrong with that set-up? This is going to be a lot of fun.

I second your Ian McShane vibe call, Betty. I am itching to get home & watch some more. The boss man is shaping up to be a right shady bastard and unpleasant too. Its interesting how my perception of the characters has already shifted.

The bf of the one who wants to get married in Because TIMFL also turns up as a character in The Beauty Inside with Lee Min-Ki . I find it fun when they are interlinked in this way although it could be a ‘job for my mate’ scenario too
