Did anyone else get a bit excited for the trailer for that?

Also now we have Silent Witness and LoD in the Horizom I may never leave the house.

My view is that a leopard doesn't really change its spots, so a bit concerned that the gangster still lurks within Kim Vogel's feminine and seemingly reformed character.

LillianandJustin · 08/03/2019 16:53

It’s standard Williams brothers in the way it jumps about so it’s harder to join the dots, what is different this time is that there isn’t one key plot strand (ie find the missing person) to keep you going to the end. In fact the initial mystery and a couple of the associated puzzles (where’s the girl, whose is the head, what has the farmer got to do with anything) have already been cleared up. We are left with Baptiste’s family under threat, the revelation about his son, the stolen child and all those missing girls we saw in the cellar. And the identity of Jessica Raine’s man. It’s much more bitty. I don’t feel the need to rewatch as I feel first three episodes are tied up and now we are embarking on a new plot line. Less gripping - you only have to compare this thread with threads for the previous two Missing to see that.

Am I the only one who liked Rellik?

Not sure how this is going to pan out but maybe the shell analogy means everyone is the 'mirror' of what they seem? Although don't get that impression from the Serbilu gang....

ColeHawlins · 10/03/2019 07:07

I couldn't get into Rellik. I didn't actually clock it was TWB who wrote that one.

I wonder whether their stuff would benefit from all episodes being dropped at once. I think their style might suit it better. Maybe that's just my impatience, though.

purpleme12 · 10/03/2019 21:13

The police officer is blackmailing Edward?!

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2019 22:00

Kim :(

purpleme12 · 10/03/2019 22:01

Has Edward gone to give it back to Constantin or somewhere else?

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 10/03/2019 22:02

Am I the only one not really following? Blush

SosigisAndCornflourSauce · 10/03/2019 22:10

So has Edward just decided 'fuck it' I'll keep the moola?

LillianandJustin · 10/03/2019 22:10

He’s double-crossed Baptiste in league with Nathalie’s colleague to steal the money for himself (at least that’s what it looks like to me). Too silly for words this week - Jessica Raine is totally unconvincing as the Interpol woman, the man with all the surveillance cameras was ridiculous, I can’t believe the Welshman didn’t realise he wasn’t living with a woman. Really disappointing - why didn’t they just give Baptiste another missing person to find? Can’t even be arsed to speculate anymore.

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2019 22:15

I’m not a pervert !!!

missyB1 · 10/03/2019 22:19

It’s beyond silly to pretend that a man would not realise his partner was really a man!

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2019 22:21

telegraph recap e4

Clawdy · 10/03/2019 22:33

Very confusing tonight. I just want the little boy to be safe. Losing sympathy for most of the others.

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 10/03/2019 22:34

I can’t read the recap unfortunately Sad

aristocat · 10/03/2019 23:14

Totally agree what a stupid episode!

Too many flaws, mostly Julien trusting Stratton and getting out of the car.

Dulra · 11/03/2019 06:34

Totally agree found this episode so boring really not that interested in what happens. None of it is very believable. Baptiste seems to be just plodding through with no real sense he knows what's he's doing

longwayoff · 11/03/2019 07:27

Absolutely right Dulra he's plodding and we're following in similar manner. Oh, Rev's stolen the money. Didn't see that coming zzzzzzz

Blondeshavemorefun · 11/03/2019 07:32

Oh must be as I’m a telegraph subscriber

It’s free to join

Will see if can find another recap

Tho the telegraph one is very precise

Nelumbo · 11/03/2019 07:43

Well at least the dog is alright!

HiHoToffee · 11/03/2019 07:48

I have been watching this but I can't really get into it.

I also never knew that there were so many Belgians working for the Dutch police.

ColeHawlins · 11/03/2019 07:51

It's melodrama with no suspense & busyness without much action.

I'm losing the will to watch.

Ewanthescreamsheep · 11/03/2019 07:55

Was Niels fibbing about who he was on a call to? Would he be speaking English to fellow police?

RedForShort · 11/03/2019 08:28

We've not seen the women and girls locked in the room since, and consequently the drowned woman's sister.

Haven't a clue what's going on.

Also think why her surgery might have been A1 a heterosexual man in his 30s/40s might have had enough experience to suspect a difference or note the signs of surgery in both vagina and breasts. Bit far fetched that one.

RedForShort · 11/03/2019 08:29
  • while her sugery, not why
