Soldier Soldier's composer was Jim Parker, Sharpe's was Dominic Muldowney and John Tams (for the folk stuff) so it must have been the musical style of the Nineties.

Yes, eejit after years of actresses being judged by their physical appearance it must be very disconcerting or men to feel they have to be well toned and have a six pack. Time was, all they needed was a bit of a hairy chest on display and a medallion - think Burt Reynolds in his heyday

Next week is fine with me. I agree ilove that episode 3 is ok but I do find episode 4 a bit boring.

PS - I see LP is making his stage debut next month at the Donmar Warehouse in an adaptation of some horror movie I've never heard of. Mind you, what I know of horror movies could be written in very large print on the surface of a sub-atomic particle and still leave plenty clear space.

You mentioning LP eejit reminds me I have been meaning to ask you something for weeks. He apparently did a film about a plot to murder Gandhi and it was supposed to be in the cinemas about a year ago. I've even looked for it on Amazon. Does it ring any bells?

Am now up to middle of series 4 (really am trying to slow myself down but finding it difficult to do.) just wanted to say though that episode 5 of series 4 handles PTSD a lot better than OG did.
