That Ford Escort looks old even at the time.

Tucker's back and Garvey's been promoted. I remember having a long beige trench coat at that time too. Garvey is showing off and Kate's skirt is very short.

Now this scene with Kate in the bathroom is confirming something for me - I watched this on UKTV play on Saturday and this scene had been deleted from it. I reckon they edit stuff out rather than it jumping ahead.

Now we know that Kate is an officer.

Colonel Dan is quite a charmer. Gosh Rachel looks like she's going on Captain Scott's trip to the Antarctic in that get up.

Kate has the last laugh on the lads - good to see her getting the upper hand. Tony is being a chauvinist.

Outdoor gear has moved on a bit since the day-glow cagoules first appeared. I have worn those in the past and they were awful non-breathable garments and designed to fit the incredible hulk.

Well I guess if I had to climb up the sheer face of a rock like that, I wouldn't mind having Paddy guide me along. Though come to think of it, for preference I would choose CJ or Elvis!

I don't think Garvey would do very well climbing in boots like those, they are not designed for sheer rock faces. Although he sounds a bit patronising, he's very sweet really.

The engine failure of the helicopter would no doubt be your worst nightmare, especially if, like the padre, you were frightened of flying.

I reckon Kate is not too impressed with Bob - he's a bit cringey.
