Just caught up loads of episodes.

It's like half the cast are off on Christmas holidays and aren't available so it's 14 episodes of Mick/Mitch arguing about football coaching and Evie kissing/slapping Tiff.

It reminds me of the crap episodes a while back with Bex being bullied at school by wotsit and wotsit.

Maybe it was panto season for a lot of them when it was filmed , or just holidays were needed to be taken or something.
Nobody goes to the allotment at the moment but Patrick is back soon I imagine , so maybe he'll run into Stuart.

Speaking of which, Bernie the chess prodigy seems to have given up chess completely. I thought Ted asked Patrick to keep an eye on Bernie. Is Patrick in Trinidad these days? I don’t remember seeing him recently.

Why can’t EE just finish stories, everything is left hanging. I presume after all these years, they are able to get story timings right and the pants season is taken into account. They don’t have yo stop a story half way through because an actor is busy elsewhere. They seem to come up with ideas for big storylines but don’t write any endings. It is bizarre.

I caught a clip of Danny Dyer saying something about ' things have been a bit up in the air lately' ( paraphrased) maybe it's because there's been a change of producer? Script differences ; too many new writers? It's been hard keeping up with the newbies and different stories going on.

His a complex character for sure. Trouble is , where do they take someone like this? Usually the bad guys are killed off or disappear. They would have to involve the person in some current storyline: or another run in with mick and co? I can't see what they can do with him at the moment?

He is a great character. I will miss him too. Tbh though I think they’ve played it a well enough that he could remain a permanent character just mooching about creeping people out. Dots Son nick was one of those “love to hate’ characters too. I reckon they could keep Stuart around as long as they don’t make him do any more creepy filming of Linda or the like.

Maybe he'll sweet talk Dot and she'll forgive him? Or he'll prove his innocence of the Doctor legg graffiti somehow...

I also like Hayley for this reason. It's very hard to work her out and they could do a great storyline with her if they let her escape the slater tardis!

I think denny’s drone will show he was innocent of that and Sonia and co will be made to apologise to him while he grins like the Cheshire Cat.

Love fact that every person on run, someone needing a love nest, or school bunking teenager will all go to the exact same shed on the allotments. What are the odds?

Ted had council flat so by now they would be evicting him for not living there for he last 2months and claiming housing benefit. Maybe he be just another character who goes away and then never comes back.

We need some light hearted story line, remember the bins that went on forever. We could have a confused council worker wondering why someone always fly tips outside Slater house every week. Then work out the 33 bags of rubbish are just from the one house.

Why was fireplaces taking back? The house hold income for that house must be huge even with all mouths to feed

If Stu does die in the shed tonight it will be a bit of a let down. All on his own up in the allotments.

Even though he hasn't been clocked on the head for a bit, I keep checking it out for scabs, scars, stitches and craters.
