There was a weird time jump in tonight's episode between Dr Legg in the chair and people talking about him being in hospital.

Yes, one scene Sonia was standing scowling at Stuart while Dr Legg was in the chair, very next scene Sonia was scrubbing the front door. Back in classic EE we’d have seen the ambulance arrive, and loading him into it with super Sonia dishing out all his vital stats to the paramedic.

They seemed to be trying to sell “football Mum” as a Nancy replacement. I can’t see it at all but Linda kept mentioning Nancy and asking Mick who FM reminded him of becaus ehse was so stubborn etc. Next thing mick is jumping up, full of the joys of spring and telling linda to call nancy. Confused FM is nothing like Nancy.

Megan is annoying , let's hope she gets her money and disappears to the training ground never to be seen again.

It's unusual that we're split over the Stuart ' did he or didn't he' deliberately mean to hurt the good doctor! Given his track record it's natural to feel his guilty as anything but he also has 'hidden depths' too.
Maybe the writers don't know either!

Mo could have helped Hayley put that baby gym together; selfish cow!
She is never at work either.

I thought Tommy was wearing school uniform, obviously it's quick and easy to get a child registered and started in one of London's massively over subscribed schools, in the middle of a school year, when you have no paperwork to prove where the child lives!

Meanwhile in Spain there is a school sending out letters wondering where its pupils are!

How come Hayley gets instant admittance to a residential mental health unit? I've read stories about people having to wait months for a bed then getting sent hundreds of miles away. The health service in EE is great.

They had problems getting Stacey in a mother and baby unit ; that was quite realistic and well researched but this with Hayley seems a bit rushed.
(Maybe it's a bit easier this time as they haven't even discussed Cherry going with her, poor child)
Anyway, I bet Kat gets all possessive of the baby.
I hope mick doesn't have an affair ; they've had enough heartbreak.

I know that in my trust a suicide attempt (which they are saying Hayley was doing by walking in front of the bus) gets you instant admission to a unit. It may not be your nearest one but you generally will get in one pretty quickly. But Hayley is in London so I imagine it would be under quite a lot more pressure than my area.

I'm assuming that Hayley is to be dispatched to a unit and Kat and Alfie start playing happy families with Cherry and forget about the kidnapping (as everyone else seems to). If I were Hayley, I wouldn't want Kat and Alfie looking after Cherry in case they do a bunk. Jean, Stacey, Mo or the fostering couple accross the square would be preferable.

Oh flipping hell. Are we supposed to believe Alfie has had thsi car stowed away in a lock up all this time and would rather steal from his friends than sell it or take a loan out against it? He put himself in debt to install a sodding fireplace he couldn’t afford for no reason whatsoever. All the while he’s sitting on thousands? Nah.

Denise has a job so I guess she had to fly back before the others. Kim must be on mat leave so can stay on. Phil must have been very generous with the dosh for such a long trip!

Bailey is his daughter then? I guessed that one a while back ; I am amazed Street wise Karen hasn't cottoned on though. She is normally pretty switched on.
